- Very clean and friendly
- The best little cottages. Super cute. Everything you need inside. Private beach. Super friendly staff. This is now our go to spot. Highly recommend
- Very clean and freshly painted room and grounds, lovely beach and plenty of lounge chairs, friendly staff and located just across the street from the boatyard where we had business to attend to. Close to area restaurants and attractions as well.
Cons -
- Wish I would have stayed in a larger room
- No dislikes
- The room was a little small so there wasn't space for a table or desk but the price was certainly worth it.

Very nice, and clean, many mom-n-pops not so nice, this one was great. The rooms are small, did I say the rooms are small!! All you need, a beach, boat docks, morning coffee and breakfast...everything here is small, but all you need for a true Keys stay.
Rooms are small, window shaker A/Cs... but not an issue.
