Hyatt Zilara Cancun - All Inclusive - Adults Only

This hotel, location, beach, food, and staff were awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the staff

Did not like the guy that played the wireless saxophone at the pool. This was the only thing about my entire stay that I did not like.

Right on the beach, staff is very helpful and attentive. Resturants are great! The cafe with the ice cream and all.kinds of different desserts was awesome! The rooms all have great views. The rooms are great to lounge around on the patio or swim up pool.

Everyone was amazing ! The food was delicious , we had a lot of variety to choose from. The drinks were great , they had top shelf drinks that you can just request for . The staff was professional and very attentive. I am beyond pleased and happy.

Everything was perfect , the only down side was that they were filming a movie on site so I feel Like I didn't get to fully appreciate the resorts lobby area .

LOTS ACTIVITIES.

SOME RESTAURANTS NEED FEE, AND POOR STAFF EXPERIENCE. SO MANY REPAIR. ROOM IS OLD AND DIRTY

Couldn't ask for a better property. The food, the drinks cleanliness, attention to detail and service.

Nothing to not like about this property

The only issue was the A/C was spotty and around 78 F or 24 C. Otherwise perfect and the food was great!

The rooms were very nice, great view, great proximity to the ocean. A classy group of people. I would recommend this hotel to my friends!

Not a great selection of wine, and the prices were a little too high. The Mexican restaurant wasn't that good, but everything else was really good.

Everything, the food was excellent especially considering it was all inclusive. The staff were some of the best I've ever had and we go to Mexico often. The beach was beautiful. Nightly entertainment was great.

spa tub in room did not work for one day (the response to correct the problem, however, was quick and very responsive).

The STAFF was so generous & catered to us. Best customer service I have ever received from a hotel. The hospitality was amazing that I will forever stay here if I go back to Mexico.
