- The STAFF was so generous & catered to us. Best customer service I have ever received from a hotel. The hospitality was amazing that I will forever stay here if I go back to Mexico.

- Wish the pools had been heated on cold and rainy days
- Did not like the guy that played the wireless saxophone at the pool. This was the only thing about my entire stay that I did not like.

Right on the beach, staff is very helpful and attentive. Resturants are great! The cafe with the ice cream and all.kinds of different desserts was awesome! The rooms all have great views. The rooms are great to lounge around on the patio or swim up pool.
