there was a strong gas smell at the parking lot but went away in a few hours

Bedroom was comfy. Rooms were clean! Tv worked well, had a cool view of the rollercoasters as well! Didn't make breakfast, accidentally overslept but my friends went and said it was delicious! Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

I didn't like the short breakfast time window, Wish it was a little longer of a time frame but other than that, everything was fabulous. Also have to PAY FOR PARKING- Didn't know this ahead of time.

The property is very good and is in a good location.

When it was time to have breakfast at the cafeteria it became a challenge, the lady in charge of the food, I think her name is LYDIA, really needs some customer service training, even though the food is included, it seemed as if we were begging for food or it bothered her when we asked her questions, or even in the way she looked at us as if it bothered her that we were there, that was really the most unpleasant thing about our stay at the hotel.

Friendly helpful staff. Decent pool, decent guests. Central location for our needs.

Given a room that had a vomit smell, and after lifting bed curtain could see vomit stains! House keeping sprayed the area with deodorizer, it barely helped. We were too exhausted to pack and move to another room at that time of the night.

Next door to SeaWorld which we were visiting. Great location. Nice property.

Many side streets off major highways with no names. GPS just tells you to go to nearest major highway before giving turn directions or gives incomplete directions to location.

The hotel overall was very clean and nice. I enjoyed how they actually cleaned the room each day pre-Covid style; not once every 3 days like other hotels.

The breakfast was a bit limited.

Very comfortable room. Spacious. Modern. Comfy bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Close to Sea World. Very friendly staff.

Not that it is the hotel's fault, but the city water there was gross. I had to go to the store to get some bottle water. Tastes and smells like a swamp.

nice pool area and tiki bar. prices a little high for drinks though. staff very friendly and helpful. location was great and across from sea world. also the free shuttle to and from was an extra plus! breakfast was very good.

I really liked my room, size, cleanliness because it didn't have the typical nad odor from humidity on carpets. The only thing I regret about it is the fact that I just went to sleep and could not stay longer.

The fact that I had to pay $18 for parking the same amount of hours I slept at the hotel is a bomer. You should make it a plus and excel against competition by not charging this.
