- Heater and phone were both broken. Staff accidentally really made a big mistake with me. It was unintentional. It worked out okay anyway.

This hotel is always a great place for us to stay, the location is perfect for someone who wants to be close enough to the mountains and close enough to Denver as well. The staff is always kind and accommodating.
It could be a little cleaner, but just minor fixes. And the pillows were so flat, that I couldn't really get comfortable. There was a stain on the sheets as well.
