The location is very convenient, being close to all most important and tourist places.

The valet parking is expensive in my opinion. There is no free parking in the hotel and if you are driving you must pay for the valet parking ~60$ per night unless you decide to park the car on the street.

Front desk staff very helpful. Room large, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast exceptionally inclusive. Fairly close to most places we wanted to see.

Parking a little pricey. No pool.

It was confortable for a family of 4 to have 2 queen beds and the sofa bed. To have 2 rooms was very helpful and the sofa bed was not uncomfortable at all. I had to take a video call and the desk was very well illuminated. The WiFi worked very good, the receptionist and personnel in general were very friendly and provided all the information we needed. We did not use the kitchen much but it had silverware and dishes, etc. We will stay here next time we will be in the DC. It was a very good price / value relation. The location was excellent. About the location it is near to a metro station that we did not use. However we moved walking (15-28 min) or took Ubers to visit museums, the Capitol, etc. (10-20 US$ each ride). It did not make sense to rent a car considering the +50 $ / night in the hotel and the limited parking options around DC.

We did not used the gym much, so it was not a problem for our stay. But maybe for other ones it might be important. The gym does not have an elliptical, a machine my husband usually uses. They have 2 treadmills and 1 bike.

We had a wonderful stay at the Homewood Hotel! The staff were professional, welcoming, and made check-in quick and smooth. The location is excellent, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in the capital. Breakfast was tasty and convenient, perfect for a quick bite before heading out to explore city's historic sites. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had laundry facility and front desk assisted with quarters and detergent. Breakfast varied slightly from day to day.rooms were spacious and comfortable with enough space for packing clothes. Bus stop was around the corner and one across and a streetmarket is a 3 minute walk from there.

Hotel was packed over Christmas season, and you had to time to breakfast early to ensure you get some of the warm food. Kitchen needs an update. A bit of a distance from the museums, but easily walkable.

What a nice place, good size rooms with comfortable bed. The layout of the rooms is very convenient. Having access to a kitchen is a plus.
