The location was great

The property was dirty and smelled musty

This is a great place to stay with or without kids. The suite layout of all the rooms is so handy for space and privacy, including a usable kitchen and dining area. It’s located on the edge of a nice outdoor shopping mall, and is a short drive from the beach (10 mins) and a slightly longer drive (20 mins) to downtown Wilmington. The outdoor pool is open year round and there is also a hot tub/whirlpool and a beautiful seating area. The breakfast is better than average, as is the coffee (available all day) and the dining room is staffed by people who take a pride in their job and interact with the guests. Highly recommend!

There were dirty dishes in the dish washer when I arrived.

Clean room and kitchen, accommodating and friendly staff, good coffee, decent free breakfast, clean general outdoor and pool area, relaxing outdoor hot tub, comfortable lobby area.

Some general kitchenette utensils and basic cooking items missing

Excellent hotel with a large, comfortable bed, impressive, large bathroom and Suite area. The outdoor pool was nice; not spectacular but good quality for the accommodations. short drive to Wilmington beaches.

The only complaint was that there were a few workers in the pool area that smoked right in front of the sign that said no smoking…Annoying.

It was nice, good location, easy parking, nice updated decor.

My only complaint was that our room smelled very musty.

Breakfast was great. The staff for breakfast was wonderful. The pool was good, the pool area itself could have been cleaner but it was okay. The beds were so comfortable, we slept great. Location was nice. The front desk was great at helping fix issues we had.

My bathroom when we first got to our room was disgusting. The toilet was not cleaned at all and there was hair and dirt on the ground. There was beer bottle caps on the floor by the bed. I went out and bought my own cleaning supplies to clean the room. That was super disappointing. But once I cleaned the room we enjoyed our stay. Also I was over charged on my bill that I didn’t realize until we got home. However I did call about it and it was fixed immediately. The pool area could have been a little cleaner.

Clean facilities. Great location. Staff was helpful and kind. Best breakfast!!

Pillows too soft, covers were thin like sheets. No weight to them. For the price, I expected thicker/heavier comforters and pillows with some support. I couldn't draw the curtains completely to a close.One of the building lights shone through the window all night. I did not sleep well unfortunately.

The hotel was nice good location

That we weren’t informed about the hot tub being broken prior to check in and was still charged full price for the rooms one of the main reason I booked the hotel. They could have had better choices for breakfast was the same tacos breakfast every morning. The pillows were terrible they needed replaced.
