- The staff attempted to help us with our issues
- Nothing. It was a complete disappointment.

Cons -
- Bugs were all over the room. There were three stink bugs in the room upon check in. We left and came back to more than 10 stink bugs in the room. We changed rooms only to find more bugs in the new room.
- Lack of hot or even warm water. Staff in regular clothes. Broken amenities. Trash in the hallways.
- I called to verify specs about the room and was lied too. They also want a $100 additional deposit at check in on top of paying! That should be listed.

My jacuzzi wasn’t clean hair everywhere in the water the stopper didn’t fit had to ask for another one couldn’t relax
