- Location and definitely the staff. Hotel employee was exceptionally professional and willing to assist our needs.

- The employees were nice and the hotel was in a good location and the parking lot and stuff was clean
Cons -
- Shower head was not working properly
- The hotel is very dated. There are holes in the carpet, the showers have an odd ?window? feature that opens into the room, and the entire hotel looks/feels old.
- I was charged an additional $60 without being informed due to increase in rate.
