Rate.
Hotel was dark and had a strange smell. Pool area was extremely noisy due to the ¿waterfall ¿ and hot tub running nonstop. Water in hot tub was dark. Hotel c needs to be updated.

Traveling as a Family with Young Children
Our air did not work and the staff made no effort to make this right. THE MANAGER, was very rude when we left. I have never complained about a stay, but this was the worst.
