Great breakfast. Close to the Gaylord Opry Hotel and close to Opry Mills Mall. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite. I would definitely stay again. Close to several places to eat, and entertainment.
We enjoyed everything.

Quiet property. Great lobby decorations for the holiday. Clean breakfast area with several choices for food. Friendly staff. Clean room presentation. Smart choice for families. Overall this was the best choice and we will definitely select this hotel again.
I am very particular about hotels especially when it comes to cleanliness. But this hotel didn't give me a reason to complain at all.

Nice hotel overall, a few issues.
The permanent phone and electrical hookups in wall did not work at all or were spotty.

Great location and easy access to the street. Restaurants within a 5 minute walk with live music every day. Great food and good prices too. Room was clean and king sized bed was comfortable. Great free breakfast too.

This had to be one of the BEST hotels we have stayed at! It was clean the staff was super sweet and caring. The breakfast was amazing and we will most definitely be back!

Great location. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Hotel was quiet.
The only problem that we had was only 1 of the 4 USB ports worked in the room. The other 3 had been previously damaged.
