- Staff was very friendly and helpful
- After dropoff by cab we noticed that a phone was missing. The Bell Captain with the information that we could provide, was able to make some calls, located the cab driver and was able to retrieve the missing phone. He was a jack of all trades.

- Service is horrible. Front desk is not trained to use system and check in took 20min; room service wake me up at 7am for nothing. Can't believe I pay for this horrible experience.
