- We upgraded to an ocean view room and the experience was phenomenal. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
- Great location overlooking the water, and adjacent to the Wild Pacific Trail. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a 1 bedroom suite on the second floor with a lovely view through the trees to the ocean. Room was very comfortable and well furnished.

Cons -
- Fitness room was a bit small and crowded with equipment. There was a heat pump below our balcony, and the hum slightly detracted from the ambient sounds of the ocean.
- Staff were not the most helpful. Otherwise an amazing place.
- Rooms were not well maintained and fire place didn't work, staff were not as experienced as you would expect and pool plus hot tub was out dated and need of TLC. I rate this 2 star
