Cleanliness and breakfast as well as location

The heat did not work. It was very cold. Staff came to try to fix it but couldn?t. There were no other rooms available to switch us into. He assured us he would have manager come to our room at night when she came on. No one ever came. It was beyond cold

Very comfortable bed. Wonderfully helpful and responsive staff

There was nothing that I didn't like about the Hampton Inn in Kingston, NY. Wonderful in every way.

Yes they did not clean the room. We had to call twice for towels

The continental breakfast served in the mornings. Other than that, I wasn?t very impressed with the service/staff or the accommodations. I spent around $--- for a 3 night stay plus the $75 dog fee for my older dog whose got arthritis

The female staff were exceptional! The male staff at this location will drive away any high dollar guest. Upon checking in, they never gave us the 2 complimentary waters or the doggy welcoming bag. It wasn?t until the next day, one of female desk clerks

Not much. For the price, I wasn?t very impressed with the room or the service given. Not very accommodating. I won?t be staying at the Hampton Inn again.

Yes. Firstly- The male staff at the front desk weren?t very welcoming. The female staff were above and beyond.. each one of them! They were extremely helpful! Both males didn?t seem to want to be there & were extremely short with me upon communication.

Hotel is next to a train track. Numerous trains per night.

I booked for the last 4 days at the hotel each time. They kept making me switch rooms. Staff was not nice and considerate. And cause a lot of complications as well as the pool was closed and it was a guaranteed amenity. It was just very stressful

Nothing, one of two rooms in our booking was canceled by the hotel leaving us with no option to accommodate our party.

The desk person was less than helpful and very rude. She couldn't care less about our inconvenience and did not try to remediate the situation. There was no manager on duty to assist so we left and they charged us anyway. Horrible experience!!

This hotel was quiet, had healthy food options, and was extremely pleasant to stay at. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located behind the railway tracks and at nights you can feel the vibration and noise when the trains pass by.

comfortable bed. Room was well appointed. Buffet breakfast was hot with a nice variety. Did not use the amenities so can't rate them.

Was asked if I wanted housekeeping daily b/c otherwise they don't come in & tidy up. Said 'yes', but the first day nothing was done. Front desk said it was miscommunication but I don't see how as it was clearly stated to him upon check-in.

Location was central. It was easy to get to many things.

There were many things that I did not like. Room wasn't ready at 3pm, first room was disgusting, didn't get the room I booked, hower was falling apart, nowhere to sit in the room, fitness center very small, pool area was way too warm, staff was rude.

This was everything I hope for from a Hampton Inn: clean with good beds, towels, and sheets. The front desk was helpful and even offered us comp waters. The room had a larger-than-average mini-fridge and microwave. I would absolutely stay here again.

There must have been a little kid in the room above us: we could hear frantic running back and forth in the evenings and early mornings. If it had been just a little worse, we would have called reception to help, but it fell just a little short of that.

Received a room a 1st floor. Either there was a mildew issue or it was a pet friendly room. Slight wiff of dog or something else. Didn't notice it until I was already settled in and too tired to ask to switch rooms.

Service was great. Room was clean and quiet.

The lights in the bathroom were terribly bright with no way to dim - personal preference, of course.

1. Colocated to everything shopping and restaurants.

1. Bit Noisy - Located along the railroad tracks. 2 trains per night around 2 am and 3 am. 2. Staff did not clean hotel room. Had to follow-up 3. Breakfast bar was not well stocked. 4. Had to give an additional $30 a night for incidentals. Not aware.
