Pros +
- The bed was very comfortable!
- The staff was friendly and helpful in navigating the area to find things to do.
- Excellent location; close to shopping/dining/etc Loved the black out blind provided in the room Staff was helpful and friendly
Cons -
- The room did not have a safe.
- Booked a double queen room and they didnt have it when I arrived and gave me a single. A couple of the gym equipment pieces werent working and/or were dirty. Only had one server working each shift, lapsed in alcohol license so couldnt get any drinks
- There was a leak in the ceiling in the lobby, I got wet walking under it because it had not yet been marked Several things were not in operation. For example some of the vending machines, ice machines, and atm
