Room was spacious & comfortable
2 miles away from any legit good options. Only car option is valet parking. Check in worker was rude. Upstairs chairs are moldy & torn. Balcony is a joke either way only a view of the parking lot

Beautiful hotel and on a nice spot.
Problems with bookings and the staff not offering to help. We also did not have hot water...hot on demand apparently. So don't bargain on a warm shower when you want it.

The location next to the beach was very nice and that rooftop view is breathtaking. Rooms clean and decor very nice. Loved the Bluetooth in the bathroom mirror so I could play my music while taking a very hot shower. Our bartender was so personable and informative.
The parking is valet only and that process was a bit annoying but on the other hand it was also convenient at the same time because of the closeness to the elevators.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a true retreat. The pool area was a highlight – well-maintained, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. The breakfast was very good and it was a very short walk to the beach. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great room and a beautiful pool!
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with a clean and comfortable room. However, I found the customer service to be a bit underwhelming. While the staff was polite, there were moments when I felt they could have been more attentive and responsive. Overall, it was a decent experience, and with a little improvement in service, this hotel could be exceptional.

The hotel is is in a good convenient location, very fairly prices and the room is a good size and nicely designed
THE CLEANLINESS! They definitely did not change the sheets before our arrival- there was a lot of hair in the pillow covers- this can be dangerous and germs can spread that way.. this is a huge deal breaker for me.

Very clean room and showers, with very helpful and advisory staff.
Drinks where great and priced according, but the food was a bit expensive for the amount that you got.
