Neo Hotel Linde Esslingen

The room was clean and modern with good facilities. We appreciated the on-site secure parking.

We were extremely disappointed to find that when we arrived , after a long drive, the hotel restaurant was not open because it was a Sunday evening. This was not made clear to us when booking and was one of the reasons that we chose this hotel. However we did manage to find a lovely Italian restaurant a short walk away, which did delicious food and was very accommodating. Breakfast the next morning was reasonable but we did feel that certain items would have benefitted from being kept more chilled e.g presenting the food containers on ice etc.

Lots of choices at breakfast. Pool looks fabulous, didn't have time unfortunately.

Longer pool hours?

The air conditioning in the room during the July heat was very welcome. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant.

The room was a bit small for two people traveling with luggage. Not enough room in the closet for hanging clothes.

The hotel is modern but still having this german style. The pool and sauna are amazing

A lot of the extras were not available and I was not able to get anything to eat when I got in late. Aside from that happy with the stay.

Extremely good position for my business needs. Room not big but very comfortable, neat and tidy. Useful parking lot under the hotel. Staff was kind and helpful when I arrived earlier than expected. Breakfast very rich. Next time I will try also the restaurant, it looked really nice.

Very friendly stuff. I have forgotten my tablet and receptionist Lea-Christin was so kind to keep it for a week and hand over to me as a first thing the week after with a nice smile.

At night we heard a big bang in the bathroom and saw that the shower head was fallen out of the clamp bracket. The day after While showering suddenly wéve got a big knock in our head and it was a Little panic and it hurts

cozy room, good sized bathroom, excellent service for pets with small kennel and entrance biscuit, large and very good international breakfast, highly recommended, good indoor pool with gym and sauna, parking inside the building very good

room not very soundproof, room in another building (no covered passage and need to exit the building to go to the hall)there were no slippers for the pool (remember to bring them)

Breakfast room wasn't so nice. The waiter had to open a new room for the guests. The buffet was good but a bit spread out, difficult to find things.

I couldn’t eat breakfast on my second day as I had to leave early for the airport. I was given a small lunch box the night before which I thought was a nice gesture.

Initially I booked a smart single room that according to booking has a seize of 19sqm. I was given a tiny, dark & uncomfortable room that resembled a broom cabinet. After complaining I was given a double room that was a big bigger (def no 19sqm) with the remark that they wouldn’t charge me extra. I found that incredibly rude.The staff in general were extremely badly organised. I booked a Thai massage one night which was ok. Not really a Thai massage but a Laotian massage in a terrible massage room. The masseuse was friendly and competent but the whole “spa area” was terrible. No atmosphere whatsoever. When I paid in cash at the reception all was well until I got a call in the morning where I was accused of having left the hotel without paying for it. Total chaos. I am sure the meat restaurant is good as breakfast was good but the hotel needs to work on their staff.

I didn’t get the room because it was apparently a crime scene. Hotel fully booked, no alternative offered. I was referred to another place, more expensive because short term and a cab ride away instead of being in walking distance to my meetings.

Nice hotel in Esslingen with nice staff. There's is an small wellness area with a pool, some machines for a good sport routine, an infrared cabin and sauna. The rooms were big enough and well equippedSupermarket and bank close to the property Privat parking

My room was in a separate building. Sadly that the buildings are not connected. If you were using the spa area you needed to bring your whole stuff with you and change there.

There are a coffee machine, a kettle and fridge at the room. Spacious room with new bath.Free parking garage
