Holiday Inn Express Eugene-Springfield By IHG

We were able to hangout and play a board game with friends we have not seen in 17 years. We sat and played in the breakfast area in the afternoon! Our room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good also

We loved the location, and the room was wonderfully spacious. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Loved that there was a pool for kids and breakfast included.

Could be cleaner. The pool floor by the hot tub was a little dirty. Our pullout couch didn’t seem to be fully inspected and cleaned, as well as our bathroom. For cleanliness I would rate it a 3 out of 5. Otherwise our stay was pretty good

Location excellent.

No housekeepping, bathroom not adequate (No fan, hot, slippery floors, slippery tub, shower nozzle came off of attachment, fell on my hand, bruised up the top of my hand and was painful.) Trash cans VERY tiny. It has the potential to be a nice place. Great parking.

Very simply put, I was very pleased with everything about the hotel. Would stay there again for sure.

Helpful cheerful staff. Spacious room. Hot tub and pool which is open. Weekend breakfast which starts at 6. We were there for a volley ball tournament and had to be at the sports facility by 7. Also, They had a lactose free yogurt in the breakfast offerings which I really appreciate!

They could benefit from a water filling station in the lobby. Guests currently need to access the fitness center to refill water bottles.

The staff was great! Even offered me a 1pm late check out after taking my friend in for surgery in the area. The room was well cleaned and very spacious. The hot breakfast was satisfying, and the Cinnabons made up for not having a waffle maker:)

There were 3 of us, so we got a big room, a large bed plus a pull out couch bed. As I should have expected such a thing to be, it had a very terrible mattress. The springs in it were easily seen/felt, as was the bar under it when I tried to lay down. Ended up folding it all back up. I tried sleeping on it as a couch and didn't get a single minute of sleep or relaxation

The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great options for food too! The pool and workout room was great too. We will definitely be staying here again!

Clean and tidy. Well kept. Felt knew even though it’s not. Great location close to major roads and plenty of food options.
