- The staff were very nice and helpful with everything which was nice
- I love the rooms with balcony. The hotel location is very convenient right off the interstate.
- It was clean upon arrival and the stay was exceptional
Cons -
- Yes that you advertise that there is a hot tub as well as an indoor pool and there was not a hot tub which was one of the reasons i chose this hotel.. that was really disappointing
- I didn't find anything I did not like
- The only thing I could say is that I ordered a steak and the lady that cooked it was sweet as can be. I did not bring this to her attention, but I ordered it medium and it came out rare in the middle. I ate it anyway. It was late and I was tired.

I was easily accommodated another room that better served my needs and I am thankful for that. All the staff were professional and very polite, to include staff and the lady in the kitchen.
