- Everything was very nice
- Beautiful building and decor
- The room was spacious, and most of the staff was friendly
Cons -
- Room was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait almost an hour to check in. We arrived after 3pm.
- There were some ok things, but overall, it was not a good stay. When we first got there and checked in, they gave us a room with a broken door. They did not have quarters for the laundry room because the safe is broke so I had to spend more at a laundry mat. I paid extra for the breakfast for my family, and we got it once because the lady made it clear we had to tip, so we went out to eat every day and spent more. In the week we were there they cleaned our room once and we were gone most days so no excuse for that.
- Check out time was at 12:00. Housekeeping came around and woke us up at 9:30 for what reason I don’t know.We just left after that.
