The staff were very nice and helpful with everything which was nice

Yes that you advertise that there is a hot tub as well as an indoor pool and there was not a hot tub which was one of the reasons i chose this hotel.. that was really disappointing

I was easily accommodated another room that better served my needs and I am thankful for that. All the staff were professional and very polite, to include staff and the lady in the kitchen.

The only thing I could say is that I ordered a steak and the lady that cooked it was sweet as can be. I did not bring this to her attention, but I ordered it medium and it came out rare in the middle. I ate it anyway. It was late and I was tired.

The size of the room was very nice as we were riding out the storm and did not leave the hotel.

We really did not appreciate having to buy breakfast. Most hotels in this price range do not charge for a simple breakfast and even hotels in a lower price range provide at minimum of a Continental breakfast included in the room rate,

The computers were down, they would not check us in manually. We're forced to find a hotel at 7 pm on a Saturday. We had the same issue 2 weeks before at a Hampton Inn. They checked us in with a form

The room was spacious, the AC was cold, and it was close off 95

This hotel was under construction, no pool, or fitness center was available.This was not disclosed not on booking and the staff didnt mention it or excuse it on check in either.

Booked a king room was assigned two queens. Thought there was a free continental breakfast included, but you had to sign up for it the night before. Didnt tell us this when we checked in.

Reserved king bed got 2 queens Was put on the 4th floor in a dog room was not Informed at the time. Was told there were no other rooms after paid and check in. Was told by night clerk that breakfast was included in the morning there was a $15pp charge

The staff are friendly.

The hotel or the so-called restaurant inside the hotel charged me $18.00 for a burger. This has to be the most expensive burger in the world! I saw how the chef prepared my burger and there was nothing special about it.

The from desk staff was friendly.

The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom wasn¿t cleaned well.

How quiet it was and how clean it was.

The fact the guests have to pay for breakfast. It's not my idea of a vacation in a hotel.

Great fitness center front desk was helpful and great location off of 95 North and South.

Sheets were stained, phone and night stand was dusty. snack bags were stuffed behind night table. used tea bags were in garbage

The window curtain was torn and the main curtain would not fully close. Caulking in the bathroom was poorly done. There was only one large towel in the bathroom. One lamp was torn and should have been replaced. The TV was outdated and had poor reception

I like the location

When I walked into the room it had a bad odor and the bathroom had a odor also. It¿s not what I expected to be a Hilton Hotel

Location but definitely NOT a 3 star hotel more like a 2 star

The room smelt like wet dog, the carpet was filthy, the beds were lumpy and the A/C filter was disgusting. I cleaned it in the tub and took a pic. the front desk response was "Oh we're sorry". Definitely not what you would expect from a Hilton Hotel

The refrigerator was unplugged. We pulled the refrigerator out and plugged it in and the dirt on the outside and top refrigerator was excessive. We washed it down and slid it back in. Just ensure to pull it out occasionally and wash it.
