Service was top tier. All of the staff were warm and friendly!

It was far from town and the ride was a little scary. We mostly ate at the property which was expensive as hell! Would def go back, but find a local grocery store for snacks and bites. This is the only place I would stay when visiting St Kitts

Too expensive you took an extra day from the card I wasn’t told this in advance. Breakfast too expensive for that price. You one should if been getting free breakfast.I came in 4am in the morning of June 27 I don’t see nobody around I had to walk 10 minutes to get to my room.i wa scared walking in the lonely area that time of the morning.I am lucky security did nt approach me and think zi was up to know good.I ask for a plastic spoon and it took almost half a hour to get it had to ask 2 waiter to get it

CatsHouse cleaning kept moving water out of the mini bar and putting it next to the bed to try to get me to buy it.

Love the resort, food, and staff! Excellent place for a family getaway. Spent the entire week at the resort and it was absolutely amazing! Also kid friendly! Can’t wait to return

Food, cleaning, did not restock fridge, limited all inclusive

- the room and location was great. - the food in the restaurant was ok- the spa looked great but I was so annoyed by having to pay for a cabana it made me not want to spend anymore money there and so i didn't use it.

However good it was it was ruined by having to pay $150 to use a cabana near the pool - on top of an expensive accommodation price. I was incensedAlso irritating was water in a carton in the rooms making out it was environmentally responsible when it had been shipped from California. Also the air con in the room was really really annoying, you could not adjust it (it looked as though you could but you couldn't not even after we had reported it as a problem) so you weather had it on and frieze or turned it off and quickly everything was dripping wet.

Beautifully designed resort. The pools are amazing and the ramparts and wall waterfalls make it unique. The entrance to the hotel definitely gives it a 5 star vibe. Staff were very welcoming, polite and happy to assist with anything. Food in the restaurants was very good.

Covid restrictions meant that when we arrived there were very few guests and so facilities were limited - only one restaurant open at any one time, limited menus, beach bar not open, limited cleaning of rooms. However, as the week went on more guests arrived and more things opened up. The property is quite remote so you need to get a taxi to get anywhere which costs you $40 and another $40 back. There are beach bars a 10 min walk away though. We were entitled to three resort activities but none of the ones we really wanted to do were available. There were tiny ants in our bed. The bedding was changed and they used a spray but it didn’t get rid of them. We just put up with them.

The only things good about this hotel is the scenery and the rooms

I’ve been a booking.com member for almost a decade now. And I usually don’t review hotels because most of them are satisfactory and I have no issues with them. I’m rating this hotel so other people don’t fall into the trap I fell into 2 weeks ago. First of all the total price they quoted on this app is a lie, there are so many fees they add to the bill when you check out (for example they charge you over $50 a day as a resort fee for using their hotel pool). So you expect customers to pay for something without telling them in advance? MOST importantly when I checked in the receptionist told me they needed a credit card or debit for “incidentals” that they won’t charge anything just hold it till checkout I find out the morning from my bank that they charged $1200 to my debit card without telling me they did lying to my face. I checked out of this hotel almost 2 weeks now and they haven’t refunded me my money. The price they actually charged me is double plus the $1200, they even charged me an extra day when I was meant to check out after the covid test but the result wasn’t ready which was not my fault. If you have a lot of money go ahead and enjoy but if you work hard for your money and don’t have Millions this is the worst place to go especially with your partner. I spent almost $4000 collectively for just 4 days
