Having to take water taxi?s for everything

My room was absolutely unacceptable. The floor was coming up in multiple places that caused tripping hazards for my family during our stay. Outside of our room a huge rolling bed was left (we had to dodge immediately after stepping out of our room)

The history of the building and the friendliness of the staff.

The location was a little inconvenient,but provided water shuttles were easy to use.

Beautifully furnished, fantastic views, executive lounge, reasonable prices at spa, helpful concierges, 360-degree panoramic view from rooftop pool, easy walk to multiple dining options on Giudecca Island

check in and check out processes too inefficient and lengthy; shuttle boat not always running on time, most staff not particularly warm

The building and location was beautiful

The air conditioning did not work in the room even after two requests to have a mechanic come by. When they did come they touched the thermostat briefly and left. The front desk staff often provided conflicting information. A very disappointing stay

this hotel is amazing, we love it. the staff is very nice and help full. the food and drinks served in this hotel are amazing, room service arrives early than the expected time. the hotel is very clean and beautiful. this is a real 5-star hotel!

The best Hotel in Venice. Very clean and nice. You have to be careful to get one of the newer rooms.

Staff was extremely slow, was promised to be called back 3 times but never heard of them again.

The atmosphere

Was very disappointed because they made us reserve one more room when we got there because they wouldn't allow my 2 young children to stay with us in the same room! Very disappointing and upsetting!

Location, convenient shuttle to St Mark station, awesome rooftop pool and atmosphere.

The location was nice and private and the hotel was lovely.

I called down because our room was missing 2 robes and after calling 3 times down to the desk we still did not recieve them. Also there is no shuttle to the airport..they tell you they can call you a private water taxi 130 euroa but they dont allow sharin

Beautiful rooftop. High ceilings in the rooms are nice. Bathroom products were of good quality.

The staff is not the most friendly, room is average, prices of drinks/food is outlandish. 8 euro for a very small iced coffee for example. This hotel is not worth the price. Also, was not allowed to see the view from the rooftop at night.. it was "closed"

It was an elegant while still blending with the Venice atmosphere. The Hilton provides a shuttle from the hotel to San Marco which is very convenient.

WAY overpriced. For $--- a night we didn't even get breakfast or free shuttle rides. The food/drink prices were astronomical. Only 8 American channels. They recommended a tour, and the guide was impossible to understand and even insulted our group!

Very nice hotel. Excellent amenities including a free water shuttle to main area of town. Great facilities in the hotel itself, very modern room. Also spacious.

I came in on a motorcycle and would have liked more assistance with parking, with figuring out how to get my bags from the parking garage. The logisitics for travelers by car/motorcycle are a nightmare, I wish the hotel would have done more to assist.

this hotel was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. We were in an executive room and were able to have breakfast buffet and happy hour daily. the food was wonderful

Nothing, the staff was wonderful making reservations for our airport transport at 4 am and answered any questions.
