Hilton Baltimore Bwi Airport

Lovely hotel, beds were comfortable, room service was delicious, and we both slept like a baby.

Just the particular room, for some reason we were placed in a handicap room which had a huge shower but the whole floor is flat so it pretty much floods the bathroom every time you shower. We had to build a wall with towels in the floor.

Yes, souled linen, no microwave non working outlets, no ironing board and a funny smell in room( couldn't quite identify the smell).

No toilet paper in the room, my chicken quesadilla was 27 dollars and it wasn?t anything special, the front desk lady could hardly speak English and I didn?t understand what she was saying

It was hard to locate the fridge. the water was heavily chlorinated so i was not comfortable drinking it

Very clean with ample parking. Staff very prompt and friendly.

I did like the rooms, beds and furniture was comfy, and nice tv. Relaxing. The lobby was roomy with great space to work.

I was not thrilled with how the bathrooms were confined and didn¿t have extra supplies like toilet paper. The floors were super hard, in that you may as well not have carpet.

Location was convenient to G&M restaurant which serves some of the best Maryland Crab Cakes anywhere.

Giant Floor fans on the walk to the elevator w/cords all over the place, coffee machines that didn't work, restaurant staff that ignored me, backed up drains in sink and shower, paper coming off the ceiling in bathroom- I was disappointed.

Clean - value price for last minute unexpected flight delay and needed a place to sleep. Excellent front desk CS when food I ordered was not edible - credited my room bill without delay.

Food - ordered a salad - yes later in the evening - 8:35 pm. It took a long to to come to the room and when it did it was awful tasting - wilted greens, dicey tasting chicken.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was pleasant and clean.

The room was clean. It appeared to be recently repainted.

Very nice and clean, staff helpful and friendly, nice place, good location loved the big lobby. Has a bar and restaurant. Woman at front door very friendly

35 kids in pool area with 3 adults they were screaming knocking over chairs acting wild and destructive. There was no way all these kids were staying there and If they were there had to be 10 to a room. Could not swim with my 4 yr old very sad.

I had a handicapped room. The elevators are next to the room and it noisy from the elevators.

The hotel, including our room, was very clean. All the staff we encountered, from front desk to the bartenders to security, was extremely friendly. The food we ordered was delicious! The hotel was about 5 minutes from BWI.

The only slight negative we had was the pool water was cloudy. Not a huge deal, though, as we still swam.

Hotel was clean and well kept and front desk staff was very nice. Unfortunately, they never cleaned our room even though we asked specifically and then didn't bring fresh towels until we phoned three times

Yes, they did not honor advertisement, gave us the wrong rooms & second room had no air & the we didn't get 3rd room until 9:30 p.m the 2nd night and after all that 3rd room had no phone service. So we couldn't even call front desk. And over charged $700.

The room was comfortable and I liked that my room was located on a high floor

Parking was a challenge due to events that took place during my stay. My rest was disturbed by the loud celebrations from the event guests. The HVAC or mechanical cabinet in the room was very dirty inside...looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
