Location is good

Staff on front office and breakfast arrogant. F&B manager was extremely rude and provocative when telling him that we had breakfast paid but front office never gave me any vouchers.Made me go to go back to reception rather then solving this thing between them. Also hotel outdated and not of Hilton standard.

First time in Philly. Being near the river was nice. Beautiful view at night. Seemed safe. Didn't have trouble finding the hotel. Room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to the Fillmore. Parking garage.

We were going to theYungblud concert. Unfortunately, the concert was canceled due to his illness. In all honesty, price was a little steep for us to pay, but you had parking, decent location, and safety was also a priority. As we didn't have a lot of time before (we thought) we would b leaving for the concert, we decided to eat at your restaurant. We both got the Philly steak and cheese. For the price, I was expecting a better cut of beef than chunks. My dog eats better beef than what we were served. And I don't understand why the very skimply applied Cheez Whiz was on the bun and not over the meat. Might have made the meat more palatable and the bottom of the bun less mushy. Think I had 10 little pieces of onion. I hate to waste food, but I honestly couldn't eat much of that. We have better steak and cheese in Western PA! Would think, esp for the price, u could do a better job with the sandwich Philly's sposed to b known for. The fries were good, tho!

Conveniently located a couple of blocks from Independence Hall as well as the SEPTA for quick access to other areas. Clean. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Expensive. I’ve stayed at comparable hotels for much less.

Cleanliness and the breakfast was great! Great location, will be better after the major construction surrounding it.

The air conditioning was insufficient. We were sweating in our room and we weren’t even on a high floor. The parking situation required a travel through 3 different elevators and a hike. The location is great, and will be better with less construction surrounding it.

Great location… wonderful staff. Rooms very clean and spacious.

Pool was overwhelmed with kids. A LOT of kids. No towels left at the pool to use. No place to sit. Maybe it was a bday party or something but we could not use or enjoy the pool amenities during our stay.
