Pros +
- I was very surprised that the hotel was as clean as it was. It was a little dated, but everything was spotless.
- Good value and location.
- grout in the bathroom looks freshly put on, and carpet in the room looks clean and smells fresh. The breakfast menu offers make-your-own-waffles, which is a super plus!
Cons -
- The hairdryer was broken from the back/guard which caused a finger cut to my daughter. Also, the beds were not made any morning after we requested it.
- the breakfast area seems really busy and crowded. I wished the breakfast time (6-9am) could?ve been extended til 10-11am.
- the sofa-bed was a 'torture machine", the towels overused, one towel showed hair from former guest.

Good value and location.
