Love the watermark and hot tub. Perfect location too. Incredible choice for families.

I thought the breakfast would have a couple more options. It was pancakes, waffles, muffins, cereals, sausage. Eggs would have been nice. Holiday Inn gives biscuits and gravy at a similar price point. The mattress was a little firmer than other hotels in this category.

The location was great.

The pool was just ok. You can’t swim. You can only swim for 2 hours in the middle of the day because the slides are in use. Only a handful of staff were nice. Our tub was clogged and tv remote didn’t work. Bring your own pillows!! Your neck will kill you if you don’t.

Very clean and the pool attendants were great! Kids had a blast!

The staff was exceptionally friendly, greeting us each time we arrived and remembering us.The breakfast bar was fun, and shockingly manageable even on a crowded weekend. Make-your-own-waffles was a favorite, but there were plenty of adult options as well.

There were no charging facilities for electric cars on site. There were a couple of outlets a couple of blocks away, but there was no predicting whether they'd be available at any given time. Conway is severely lacking in non-Tesla charging, and adding it to the hotel would be a huge incentive to book there.Minor nit - the breakfast bar had no potato options.
