Lean and close to a lot of stores and restaurants

I was not notified the the indoor water park was closed.

Location and staff were great

Outdated but there were signs that they are updating starting next month. I did not like the layout of the room we were in.

The water park was pretty good. The breakfast was very good and the people were very nice.

There was no shampoo in my room.

Waterside, breakfast and cleanliness of the hotel were all great!

everything was perfect. Great breakfast and coffee. Great shopping within walking distance.

Mold around tub/ Peeling wallpaper/ Holes in walls(4 places where things use to be hung/ Bathroom sink handle broken/ Toilet seat old and discolored)

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Close to lots of things to do and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff called the police on a guest for playing low music in the spa. I witnessed the whole thing, I thought it was not right as there were no signs or policy against it. Honestly, you really couldn't hear the music. I won't be staying there again!

The staff was irresponsive to all issues, the bedding was dirty. The shower broke, water had to be turned off to the entire building. Horrible experience

The staff was great and we love that it was dog friendly. The water slides were great. Although, the motor broke after our first night there so we werent able to utilize them the remainder of our stay.

The food, staff, and cleanliness of the dining area was excellent. We especially loved speaking with hotel employee who was on staff in the dining area. She's very pleasant, always had a smile, and was such a joy to speak with.

When we arrived inside our room (#323) there was old food left in the refrigerator, grapes under the night stand and the coffee table had a broken leg and chunks removed from the arm office chair at the desk.

I found the waterpark to be a little disappointing. The actual waterpark was so fun, but you have very limited times you are able to actually use it. You need to sign up, first come first serve, and it's only 1 1/2 hour slots.

Water slides are awesome, hot tub was great, room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast choices were not as good as prior stays. The meat offered was a maple flavored sausage but it didn¿t taste much like maple and it was kielbasa.

hotel was advertised as having a pool and water park, the water park had 3 small slides and a hot tub, i assumed that meant it had a pool(why wouldn¿t i) my son just likes to swim, slides were an extra bonus, only pool they had was the pool at the bottom

that you had to get out of right away, i woulda rather had a hotel with a pool he could swim in, hotel was great just doesn¿t have a pool you can swim in, if i knew i just woulda picked one w a pool

The whole point of our trip was to use the indoor water park .it didn¿t say online that it was going to be closed for a week.when we arrived 4 hours away from our home they ladies at the desk still did not say the park was closed.ice machine also broken,
