Breakfast was the best part

Staff was rude and ignorant

Clean, quite and close enough to my meetings.

Small room for a suite.

Location for my needs was pretty good

We travelled in a large party we arrived at 5pm. They gave away majority of the rooms with a pullout bed. The manager had no interest in assisting or accommodating us, terrible customer service. There were huge bugs in my room and the washroom was not cleaned. There was no housekeeping available until the next morning.

Staff was friendly. I like the text feature in which a staff member text us throughout the stay to see how we were doing. We had an issue with a really bad odor in the shower when we first entered the room and because of that text, I was able to express my concern and she immediately moved us to a new room.

The odor situation at the beginning was annoying. The new room we were put in had an issue with the door being closed. We would shut the door and it would still be easily pushed open without needing the key. We would keep messing around with it to finally get it to close right but we had to do that everytime we would leave or return back. When the maid would come we would return that day with the door still slightly open because the door didn't close good. We were so busy with work we would always forget to mention it. I told the lady at the end, during checkout, and she said she would make a note to get it checked. So I do like that it was taken care of.
