Newer, well maintained property. Everything worked as it should, no broken fixtures. Hotel employee did a great job of getting us checked in

Hotel employee, who checked us in, was great. The room was clean, neat and in good repair. We were very comfortable. The breakfast was a typical light continental breakfast, but was good and tasty. A decent balance of protein, dairy, fruit and starch

No Gideon Bible in the room.

Beds were comfortable

Walls are thin. You can hear noises from other rooms and the hallway; Breakfast was terrible. No restocking of cutlery and food items. Coffee was not good.

The staff wasnt very helpful. The hallways smelled like marajuna and the breakfast was cold

I was very tired after a long, late drive or else I would have left this hotel.

My family (one room, me, husband/kids) was the only guest at the hotel. Very eerie. No breakfast provided as stated. Upon waking up the next morning, the hotel representative just kept staring at us and was waiting by our door. So strange. Never again!

Location was fine.

Room was musty. I was bit by something in the middle of the night. There were random pills in the hallway in the morning. There was no attendant in the entire hotel when I left. TV didn¿t work. Very poor experience.

The location was convenient to Hershey attractions.

Did not offer the amenities advertised. The shower never got hot, leaked, and shower head was not the 5 settings that was advertised. Towels were small, extremely thin, stained, and had human hair stuck in the fibers. Room smelled musty. Pictures outdated

Very Dirty, no vending machines, sheets were stained on the bed, pillows cases had makeup stains on them. Bathroom counters were sticky. This is in TWO rooms next to each other. Disgusting¿ please look to stay somewhere else and avoid the trauma.

We didn¿t even sleep or stay here. We were there for one hour and left due to inhumane conditions. Room was dirty. There were roaches, lady bugs, bed bugs and stink bugs all thru room. Crawling out of exhust fan. Bathroom had major water leak

Awful bugs on ceiling dirty floors cobwebs We were Exhausted from being at Hershey children¿s hospital all day where my grandson had leg surgery. I was hopeful in getting good rest at hotel After arriving we were very disappointed

When we pulled up the front windows had drapes that looked like they had fallen off the hooks that were holding them and were all uneven. Room had a bad odor and refrigerator made a very loud noise ¿lobby had odor and had dirty windows. Could not stay .

Manager was very nice and friendly.

I think hotel was short staffed. Room appeared it was not vacuumed. In need of a update, looks dated and somewhat cheap. Things such as the toilet, fixtures and furniture.
