Large parking, nice atmosphere and decent bedroom size.

Bedrooms are bare: no fridge, no kettle, no safe...no accessories at all.The heating was rather loud at night and so was the room: could hear people outside and in the hall quite well.Cleanliness was where visible but under bed or other surfaces were dusty/undone.

Breakfast little expensive

The room was good, clean, comfortable.

The food was bad. Dinner was a disaster. We ordered burgers but the burgers came in sugary buns that were quite wrong for a savoury dish. The fries were hideously over-cooked. The breakfast buffet was large but included "scrambled eggs" that looked as if they had been made from powdered egg and small rubbery sausages.

The elevators were slow and plenty of hotel workers.The breakfast was poor and we have to wait 15 minutes because it was full.

Location, staff, breakfast

Good location , comfortable room , clean room , modern reception and bar , good value for money , nice bakery / coffee shop over the road for afternoon coffee and cake and for breakfast if you don’t want breakfast in the hotel . Stay here often on route too and from Spain

Close location to the highway, dogs are allowed. Staff was really helpful, and kind. Nice bar with basic food in the restaurant.Generally it is okay to stay here, but considering the price, the cheaper hotel arounds will deliver same quality or better for less.

Very very busy and loud. Sound isolation is basically not existing. Our room had a door to connect to another room, and we had the whole evening kids yelling around on the other side. Room was close to elevators, and we heard every word of every person walking by or waiting at the elevator.When we arrived loads of others did check in too, and all were put on the same floor - not only influenced this the noise levels, but also the elevators were quite busy.Room was worn down already, just basic furnished. No table, no chairs etc.

We stayed here in December on route from UK to Spain and chose the hotel because it was pet friendly and good value. We had to do the same journey again in February and whilst the price had increased by around £30 we still chose to stay here over the other hotels in the area, mainly as it has good parking options, it's easy to get to and the bar serves food in the evening. However, the pillows were so uncomfortable we didn't sleep well at all, and based on that probably wouldn't return again. Staff were helpful and a decent choice of options at breakfast.

The hotel was very impressive, sparkling clean and beautifully designed.The reception is stunning and after a very long drive it was wonderful to be met by such a friendly and warm member of staff, I can’t remember her name but she was amazing.She was very helpful with providing free charging for my car overnight, which meant I had an extra hour of drive time in the morning and could continue on my way.The room was so comfortable and the bed was a dream, the hotel is advertised as dog friendly, and they definitely made my fur baby very welcome.Breakfast was lovely, great selection and I liked that the eggs and bacon were cooked freshly when you asked rather than left on display in a big tray.Restaurant was very clean and there were many comfortable seats to choose from.I highly recommend this place, my drive was from uk to Seville, and this was a great stopover. The room was also so quiet so I slept like a baby.

There was nothing to dislike

It was clean and had good beds

At midnight another family entered in our room with a key, they were given our room. In the morning we tried to explain this to the receptionist, but she and the other staff did not sprak english. Even with google translate the only thing she could say was: sorry, all Ok? It was impossible to communicate with the staff in English.

Comfortable rooms and beds with very nice facilities

Being close to futuroscope I think that some pricing was expensive. They charged almost 50 euros for two adults and two children to have breakfast. For a motorway style hotel this seemed very excessive.

Friendly staff. Very comfy bed and large room. Our dog was welcomed.

The location is probably great if travelling for the Futuroscope, but we needed just somewhere to stop for the night and it felt like staying in an industrial area with not a lot of restaurants around.
