Perry Lane Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Savannah

Great location. Many restaurants and attractions (shopping, squares, tours) are within walking distance. Car service is very convenient and the drivers are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel and Hotel bar/restaurant staff are very attentive and make you feel at home. The unlimited complimentary champagne is also a nice touch. Rooftop bar and the view are great.

This is the only hotel that I've ever booked that didn't have 2 wash cloths in the room as a standard. My reservation was for 2 guests staying in the room so I was confused that we only had 1 wash cloth to start with and only had 1 after housekeeping cleaned the room. The bed could also be a little higher off the ground -- I'm 6' and getting out of the bed felt like I was doing squats first thing in the morning. Not sure if this is because I had a standard king room or not. Also the mattress could be a little firmer. Honestly, these items aren't that bad, considering all of the amenities offered by the hotel.. Still giving this hotel a 5 star review.

A fantastic hotel. Great staff, we were so well looked after fron the valet on arrival, front desk and throughout. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, great amenities.

Great location , walking distance to everything in Savannah. Super family friendly, had a treasure chest of toys and games for kids. Free coffee , water bottles , rose and Prosecco all day. Place for drinks / sit down and have a drink . Coffee shop on property , great restaurant, rooftop restaurant/ bar , amazing boutique, and service and concierge help was amazing. Food was amazing! Allergy friendly ! Gluten-free friendly for me was great surprise.

No room service (after 10 pm I think , or none at all) No dresser / very little closet space Had to call everyday for morning / turndown service

This was a fabulous hotel and way better than I imagined it would be. So glad we didn’t stay closer to River/Bay STreet as that area was dirty and smelly. This hotel was in a great location, clean and felt safe around the area.

The location of the hotel was right in the center of the historic district, so we were able to walk to most places. The hotel had an updated trendy vibe with its decor. The staff were helpful and friendly, and helped us booking tours and reservations for restaurants in town. I would highly recommend this hotel!

First, I want to mention Jack, who helped us upon check-in and check-out. We appreciated what a hard worker Jack was and that he wanted us to be pleased with his service and the hotel. There was another young man who helped us with luggage upon check out and he was really nice and accommodating as well. In addition, the young man who assisted us at check-in was very informative about the hotel and the amenities it offered and was very friendly. I also loved the design of the hotel and the accommodations. The bed and bed linens were extremely comfortable and the hotel is located in a great spot! The coffee and food from The Emporium was very good as well but I thought the prices were too high. Overall, I was happy with the hotel and the service we received and would stay there again.

I felt like the room could have been cleaner. There were stains on the ottoman, the carpet and the bathroom door and walls could have used a deep cleaning. It felt as if people are moved in and out very quickly with not enough time to do a thorough cleaning between guests. For such a nice, luxury hotel, I feel that the room should be spotless.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooftop pool was Amazing except it was dirty. The tiles on the pool were filthy.
