Great location close to Rittenhouse Square and not too far from 30th St station. Room was large with a small couch and sitting area and bed was very comfortable. Beautifully decorated for Christmas too.

The hotel is beautiful. I especially like the bar/lounge area. Very cozy. The room was very nice and spacious. Everything was clean.
I felt like the drinks and such in the bar were very pricey. I was not thrilled with the breakfast at Chez Collette. I thought it would be more upscale, especially for the price. On the website, I never read anything about it being a buffet and the menu offerings (from the actual menu) were limited. I also thought the charge for valet parking was really expensive. I mean $70 for an overnight stay? We didn't even check in until 3 p.m.

Great location, convenient.
Very busy, especially with the cars pulling up outside. The mini fridge did not work properly and was locked.The movies were $25 apiece in room which is extremely expensive.The weight staff were courteous, but sometimes forgetful in following through on a request for a drink or what have you.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. It has a wonderful bar and restaurant if you're worn out from exploring. Our room was ENORMOUS and superbly appointed.

The location was perfect for our needs
I did not like the fact that you charged me $29 for the lounge fee and then I could use 22? Didn’t understand that didn’t like the fact that when I bought a beer, you automatically charge me a tip I was unaware of this in the staff did not tell me this either. For such a nice hotel that was kind of cheesy and low class

Great location and nice rooms
When we had the sofa bed made up they just put on one thin scratchy blanket which was inadequate and not befitting Sofitel hotels and we had to request a duvet which then came without a cover
