Set in a stone-built Guernsey farmhouse, the award-winning Le Friquet Country Hotel features 6 acres of beautiful gardens and an outdoor swimming pool. The fabulous beaches of Cobo and Vazon Bay are just a few minutes’ drive away, and the historic harbor of St. Peter Port is within a 10-minute drive. The bedrooms each feature a modern bathroom with luxury toiletries and fluffy towels. All rooms have free Wi-Fi, a TV, and tea/coffee facilities are provided. Le Friquet has a Gold Award restaurant, which serves traditional cuisine including fresh local fish. There is also a terrace overlooking the gardens, and delicious breakfasts are served daily.

- All of the staff were amazing, very polite cheerful and very helpful. The food at dinner was very good, the breakfast not so good, poor choice of fruit and cooked breakfast disappointing. Staff very helpful when asked for a room change as didn't realise there was no lift and climbing two flights of narrow stairs was very difficult with mobilty problems, ground floor room found after 2 days.
- Its very charming , garden lovely, didnt use pool but looked nice . Restaurant is really nice , a little airless , did feel like air con or window could be opened but thats a personal choice. Food here is wonderful. Staff super friendly and helpful . Rooms clean
Cons -
- The buffet breakfast. Also needing to carry own teapots milk jug and cup and saucer to table. Providing trays would have been helpful.
- Room we had at the front was a little noisy as facing the road but you can shut window and put on air con
