- They need to improve on the heating system because the room was very cold.
- The heating was not working so I ended up leaving in the middle of the night, in winter. It also took several calls for the hotel to give the correct procedure for a refund. The room was not as expected either.
- No plugs by bed. Main light fires directly down on you in bed so blinds you. Cleaning staff do not check what they are cleaning. Threw away a brand new gin glass bought a a present. Through away new shoe box and clothing bag full of receipts. USELESS

Rooms are large.
