- Hotel employee  willingness to make an exception to the current policy put in place because of the copid 19 situation. We were able to rest and get some much needed sleep.
- El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y no pudieron arreglar esa noche hasta el dia siguiente me cambiaron de cuarto. Muy lento el servicio.

- Dar respuestas rapidas a los clientes y no esperar hasta que uno se moleste para que hagan algo al respecto.
