Spaciousness of the room and its set up. Love the separateness of the bathroom facilities. MOST of all I was so grateful for Estiben Torres kind and professional service at the dinner buffet. ESTIBEN TORRES - THANK YOU!

Staff are unfriendly at the front desk. I did not feel welcome.

The staff are the highlight for sure, from the animators to the general workers we got mostly warmth and a sense of wanting to help, staff feels proud of their work and the hotel is a well oiled and run machine. Overall this is a cool stay for families but ….

This is our fourth stay over a few years.Price keeps getting higher, it’s gotten pretty steep over the last couple years and we’re pretty sure it’s not worth it anymore so this is most likely our last stay. We we keep getting worst rooms, farther away from the bars/pools and this year not even a balcony to hang out. The “all in” package is ok but beverages are mostly from bulk or low cost brands. The food is good but gets repetitive fast. The hotel is well maintained overall but its starting to show it’s age and feeling somewhat outdated in some places.

Great resort, everything well organized, good for kids ! For sure will come back !

Not having a place for quick bite, like sandwich or toasts. Only drinks.

Luxury and clean rooms, good facilities

The location and how close to a wonderful beach was amazing. The hotel from outside looks great too!

The pool water was super cold (which I don't blame the hotel - not everywhere there is a heated pool), shared toilets in the reception and bar area mostly disgusting. Food - as we came in October, instead of 4-5 restaurants there was only one open (yes, I know it mentions in the booking that not in summer season it might be different but didn't expect to go from 5 to 1), the food was cold anytime you come to eat and didn't have to think much what to eat as it was maybe 3 mains just repeating on different tables. In regards to our room, the room itself nice and spacious, although the cleanliness wasn't amazing, the tap in the bathroom was leaking all around the sink. One of the cabinets was broken. Even when we told about the problems nothing was fixed. The tap was leaking for the rest of the holidays.

Staff doesn’t speak any English. Food is very mediocre. All cocktails were some frozen slushies.

Stressful, Poor

The service was poor, 10 min to have a coffe, 15 min to have a plate of food, waiting time for everything the employees were not polite, the food was awful, the animation don’t let nobody rest, despite all inclusive they don’t provide a bottle of water in the room.

Entertainment for adults and kids was very good. Also the variety of restaurants in the hotel.

It is a massive hotel that is very crowded. Also we had problems with the room service because we had to complain to have our room done.

The food was ok, not great but ok. It’s a fun place to be. The staff, at least the majority was ok.

Too much people in the hotel, that makes very noisy and confuse, in every places we did go, that includes the meals.

Fantastic options for dinner

Dinner too late when you have kids. We only had breakfast and dinner and only having dinner at 8pm is very late.

The pool was fabulous, really huge. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make people comfortable and to ensure they had a good time. The food was very good lots of variety.

I had booked the hotel because it had a football pitch, tennis court and other activities for older teenagers. At the time we went there were no other teenagers to play with so sadly those activities were not up and running. Not a problem with the resort itself just the timings I guess.I am a light sleeper so I found the thin curtains a problem because the street lights were glaring through all night. Subsequent places we have since stayed in have thick, black out curtains. However the beds were really comfy and the rest of my family slept really well.

Beautiful Resort Hotel, with a big room, and a very nice bathroom, and a nice terrace. Fantastic swimming pool. Nice breakfast with a variety of choices. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and efficient.

We liked everything.

Big rooms with balcony. The included breakfast (and dinner) were great.

Joint single beds. Several items in the room, in disrepair (chief among then the dreadful soap dispensers)

Great place, clean, comfortable

Wasn’t really a vibe, they had plenty of activities, etc, but everything full short in terms of an authentic experience, considering everything on hand to make our stay lovely. I would reccomend for peeps that want to lay by a pool, and not have to think of anything.

This is mass tourism in industrial scale. They had lots of activities for children and I imagine it's great for large families (as long as they speak the language). The locations around the hotel (La Rabida, Huelva, Columbus' carabelas) were highlights in our trip.

Easily the worst 4-star hotel I’ve ever been to. They make your wear a wristband, color-coded depending on the type of service you’ve booked. If you don’t have the red band, meaning full pension (todo incluido), you are worthless: It took me half an hour on the first day to figure out where to get me a beer to drink by the pool; they segregate you off to a separated buffet for breakfast, away from the main building; all because of the green wristband they make you wear. When I made a complaint to the management that I was paying €700 for two nights (3 persons) and could not even get a beer to drink by the pool, I was confronted by an inept manager, who could hardly speak any English. In fact, a lady in reception could not manage to say a full sentence in English. The infrastructure is in free fall: the toilet didn’t flush solid excrement; the magnetic keycard to the room had to be replaced four times; the shampoo dispenser in the shower collapsed on first touch; frail furniture seems to originate from the seventies. The room with a view, for which I paid extra, turned out to be just a terrace facing the main pool, where they cramp up loud music till midnight, without regard to guests who might need to be up early next day.

Absolutely nothing

The restaurants were all closed but one and the food was HORRIBLE. Also the rooms were not clean at ALL.

Honestly, the only good thing about this place was housekeeping

Staff were rude, particularly in the restaurants, you were told when you could eat and where you could eat, it was noisy every night until midnight, food was disgusting - bugs sitting in salad bars, hot food was served cold. Everyone was categorised by wrist band colour - we were refused service twice at restaurants there because we didn't have the right colour wrist band on (even though we were happy to pay for the meals outside of our paid package). You couldn't get anything to eat anywhere outside of the 'meal times' . It is not a resort for foreigners, few people speak English, it caters to local Spanish tourists. No decent food choices outside of resort either in the town - horrible place top to bottom.
