The location, the pool area and the food

My room had a sewage smell our first night. After dealing with a delayed flight we also had to move all our own items to another floor/room

The outside areas

No hot water in the bathroom sink low pressure in the shower leak outside of the bathroom pool staff was rude

the 3 pools, the public beach next to the hotel was a plus & having access to the Hilton side

parking should be included, had to pay $25.00 a day breakfast could be better, needs more options...it more like a continental breakfast

The pool server he was very nice and took care of our needs

I stood in room 616 ocean view . The room need to be updated . I have been coming to this hotel for like 30 years. And they need to update these rooms already. Please that red couch is old . And the ironing board please get rid of it.

A man masturbated in a restroom urinal and attempted to approach my stall. I yelled at him and forced him to run away. I told Hilton management but they never followed up.

The hotels was close to main attractions and about 15 mins to the airport. Great thing is that Ubers are cheap to get around. Close to beaches wasn’t to fond of the beach at this hotel but there are other beaches around. Room was clean but needs updates.

Rooms are a little outdated.

The restaurant choice for breakfast was totally horrible. The buffet had fake eggs and fake sausage. Unbelievable for a Hilton

The hotel 2-elevator didn’t work. Had to walk down the stairs. Refrigerator didn’t work in the room. The ice machine on my floor didn’t work the place is getting BAD

Location

The sheer curtain was hanging by one clip. This is a very large patio window. TV channels were poor quality. No cable, cable channels do not look sandy.

The staff was friendly. The oceanfront view was nice.

Cafe with minimal breakfast options were the only meals available onsite. There was no restaurant. Only one central elevator working.

Location. Also, we were there during the power outage and it was seamless from our standpoint. We found out about the power outage by reading the news on our phones about 3-4 hours after it occurred. Great job by engineering.

The hotel needs a little work - I think that his must be in the plans. Also, I see that the were some new chairs at the pool. There is more needed. Some of the chairs are in atrocious shape and should have been repair years ago.

Lost power to the island, bar needs to be open more

The swim up pool bar and staff was very nice and the food across the street at the other Hilton was very good. The only food served was at the outside patio pool bar.

The A/C stop working in my room i ask them to fix it they said ok we will send someone to look at it no one ever did. The room was hot. The bed was wore out had a big sink hole on one side of the old mattress. Had to go across the street to eat

Employees were amazing. Breakfast and also the beach.

Hotel is deteriorating, things are broken, trash, pool area super dirty. Rooms are not worth what they charge for, rooms are $--- dollars rooms. The hotel infrastructure is super deteriorated.

The door to the balcony was partially broken so it did not open or close properly. The elevator did not work 2 of the 7 days we were there

We enjoyed the pool and bar. Staff was great.

No restaurant

It's location and that it had beach and pool options.

Long line (unnecessarily to get key after checkin). Elevator was not working for 3 days. Hotel is in serious need of updating. It had 'rules' but was not well run and the management did not make any accommodations for the inconveniences.

The pool was amazing!

There are 2 buildings, we were in the 2nd building but there was a lack of signs of where to park and where this building is located. Very confusing

Staff not tourist friendly. Staff especially front desk . Housekeeping is great .

Dated needs improvement.
