- Location, amenities, staff.?basically everything!
- nice hotel, clean comfortable rooms, nice lobby...seemed like good amenities although only there for one night so didn't have a chance to use them
- Loved the location Maid was very accommodating
Cons -
- Comforter was poor quality Star bucks closed in morning. Hotel coffee weak. Had to leave hotel to get Bar closed Saturday afternoon for food and drinks. Guests watching football game waiting for it to open. Many left to find other accommodations
- No breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby. No freezer compartment in fridge. Ice machine missing on our floor and not working on the floor above. Not worthy of 4 star designation.

Elevators were smooth and fast
No breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby. No freezer compartment in fridge. Ice machine missing on our floor and not working on the floor above. Not worthy of 4 star designation.
