Restaurants really didn't have large selections for food.

The walls are thin, so bad news if you have noisy neighbours, needed to make a 1am noise complaint, but the staff responded well

Hilton was so clean, staffs very welcoming and good breakfast.

All was perfect, i enjoyed my stay.

Hilton standard, nice personnel, close to Central Station

Hidden, not communicated upfront, fees like hotel spa/sauna access are paid additionally; parking lot is paid additionally, restaurant closed, huge 1h+ line to check in

The hotel suited our stay, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The window was dirty, and having to pay extra for (faster) internet access is rather cheeky. I don't think a company like Hilton Hotels should have to do that in 2026.

The fact that you arrive early and still have to pay extra to access the room before 3pm even of the rooms are ready

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect for experiencing the city.

The spa was underwhelming for the expectations at Hilton. No jacuzzi at all & saunas were rather small with 1 out of 3 not even working. Sounds in the room were also rather disappointing, it would have been expected to not hear as much in a hilton level.

The design is stunning.The food was good at breakfast and in the Cafe bar.The staff were friendly and helpful.I really enjoyed the gym and spa.

Bad

Every time to enter the hotel you had to pass through metal detectors and scaners for your personal iteams each and every time to enter the hotel, even if you went out for just a sigarett. It was horrible, like being in a prison. Worst experiance ever. Basicaly the worst holiday ever, they ruined everything. I will never ever stay in a hilton hotel again. It was a total disgrace.

Nice rooms with perfect view

The staff was disrespectful and the cleaners didnt bring towels we had to call 3 times before they came. The cleaners were not restocking towels automaticly and didnt even refill tissues. Also security pass each time we entered wasnt really comfortable.

Good value for money.

Cleaning ladies shouting and chatting loudly in corridors already 08 in the morning. I booked a birthday stay over for my wifes birthday and did not expect to be woken up early on a Saturday morning by hotell staff. Cleaning lady also knocked the door 08.40 to inform its checkout when checkout is at 12. Really poor to wake up hotel guests like this when you plan a nice rest and sleep in a premium hotel.

We had a very unsettling experience during our one-night stay at the Hilton.At around 3 a.m., we were woken up by knocking on our door, and shortly after, a housekeeping staff member unlocked the door and entered our room.I was extremely frightened, and after this incident, I was unable to fall asleep for the rest of the night, as I felt anxious about our safety.I hope the hotel will review its procedures to ensure that guests’ privacy and safety are fully respected in the future.
