Red Lion Hotel Kennewick Columbia Center

The room I was initially assigned stunk and had not been cleaned. The messaging on the hotel's answering machine talks about an on site restaurant, but the restaurant has closed down,

couch was dirty n uncomfortable. no shower curtain! very outdated. pool was very small n dirty

Elevators, if there were any, weren’t well-signed. And the blackout curtains were fine when fully closed, but they need something to keep them closed at the center.

Sliding door full of spider and and super hard to open. Walked out to courtyard and same thing. Horrible!

Outdated, door to the rooms had a large gap between the door and the jamb, The sink had a crack all the way across, The restaurant was closed, the bar was closed, the pool was closed and the grounds and parking lot were unkept

Front desk ignored me for 10 minutes while talking on the phone. Outside doors unsecured. $50 deposit not refunded yet.

This place is extremely dated and in need of serious renovations. Pool closed during entire stay for no apparent reason. Beds uncomfortable. Old worn carpeting and furniture.

I asked a room on upper floor but the person checked me in insisted I stay in the first level!

This hotel was very convenient for us. 12 minute walk to our convention at the Toyota Center. Nomads lounge was perfect for a quick meal and cold beverage, and breakfast each morning was perfect for us before our meetings.

Air conditioning was not working in the lounge or breakfast area

The staff at the front desk was amazing.

Parking lot and entrance door. Entrance door closest to my room was broken . The parking lot needs help the pavement broken needs redone.

Accommodations were great. Restaurant did not have any AC therefore I did not eat there except for one meal that I ate in my room.

AC not working in restaurant. Plus, I wish the breakfast menu differed every day so I did not have to eat the same thing day after day. But the breakfasts I did eat were great with plenty of food both hot and cold.

Comfortable beds, great location.

VERY old and worn. Desperately needs a remodel. AC broken in restaurant and it was 87 degrees inside. Not conducive to keeping customers around. Many food items were not available in the restaurant.

The nice guy at check in. Get rid of the snobby blonde.

They won't let you check in without a credit or BANK issued debit card. They will not take cash for the room deposit. That's really lame because the room may have been nice but the place smelt like dirty mop water. I sprayed the room down with perfume.

The multiple $50 dollar deposits and the lady with strawberry blonde red hair who works mornings was rude not friendly at all.

Hallways don?t smell clean. No exercise room.

I did not reach the age limit to book. I am 18 the staff said they cannot rent out to me. Nowhere in the booking page was I told this. The age requirement for nearly all hotels is 18. I am awaiting a refund.

My deposit. I stayed for 5 days and five consecutive days of paid five consecutive deposits and I still have not received one I'll rate that a level one I don't like that

Cleanliness and price. The bed was very comfortable.

Keys kept failing to work. Exterior appearance of hotel needs sprucing up.

Yes the staff were very rude. They required a $50 deposit that I was unaware of when I booked. Still haven?t been refunded the money. Many things in room did not work.?ie.? alarm clock, bathroom light fan switches. Rude and nasty women at front desk.
