The room was nice and comfortable. The check in staff were professional and very helpful. The hotel beautiful and very conveniently located to the old town. The breakfast was of high quality and diverse.

One of the breakfast staff was rude and ignored us. She made it very evident she went out of her way to snub us and asked and took the other guests’ orders. She never asked us for our order. The other staff were nice and tried to cover for her.

An outstanding visit in every way. The room was beautiful with a comfortable bed. The location was convenient and parking was easy. Highly recommended.

Everything was great

Small and cozy hotel just outside the walls surrounding the old town. Very good breakfast (probably due to Michelin grade restaurant). Squeaky staircase but modernized rooms. Free parking outside (2 garage spaces available if you are lucky). Rothenburg old town is definitely a place to visit, summer or winter. We went to experience the Christmas market and Christmas shopping - magic.

Bathroom not separated from the sleeping area - not my favorite.

The Villa Mittermeier is in a great location to be able to walk to the center of the village. Parking is available. The room was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are very pleasant and clean. Staff is exceptionally courteous, genuinely nice, and helpful. Location is pleasant, near ( just outside) the gate to the old town. In close walkable proximity to everything. Parking is available on-site at 9EU/day.Delicious restaurant on premises. I felt cozy and enjoyed my stay so much that i extended the stay.

Beautiful little gem, just outside the historical city center. Carefully and beautifully decorated, the rooms and spacious and accommodating. Check in process was quick and efficient and there is parking at the hotel. Loved it and highly recommended.

Room was not as booked - no fridge, no outdoor space, window non operational.Was moved to another room after 2 nights.Strange bathroom set up - a clear glass wall so if toilet or shower used could be clearly seen by anyone in the room!This led to us often using a toilet in the main hotel area.

Only part of the property is serviced by an elevator. We had to carry our luggage up three flights, so be sure to request the side with the elevator.

Curtains let in a lot of light at dawn - I was woken at 04.30/05.00 every morning by the light coming in (photo below taken at 5am).Tiny shower cubicle.Reception area smelled of cigarettes.We thought it was generally overpriced. We declined breakfast at nearly 30 euros each and when we walked through in the morning it looked very ordinary and overpriced.

Excellent staff. The hotel needs some major refresh and de-cluttering. There are spaces within the hotel that looks and feel unkempt, with chandeliers, old and disused decor littering almost evry corner. The breakfast and the Michellin-rated restaurant are top notch.

Personnel were outstand and very helpful. Food was excellent!

English instructions for the cigarette machine would have been helpful. The staff was able to assist.
