C Mauritius Palmar

The resort was beautiful, the staff was very friendly. The only thing is they don't serve dinner until 7:00 in the evening with their Buffet and I usually don't eat that late. But I made the exception for the trip. Maybe start at 5:00 or 6:00 at least.

The food was very good but some days seem to be very repetitive. Maybe more options for breakfast instead of pretty much bread. They did have eggs and meat but a lot of bread.

Need to improve in everything , reception a lot of question ,late check in after 2 , we stay in reciption almost 2 hours

Everything Bad experience

Not many tourists because it’s small and expensive, so you enjoy the atmosphere of quietness

Poor service by the price paid, low variety of food, beach not really nice and dirty with algae, location not confortable to visit the most interesting places of the island

Staff went above and beyond to help all guests. Receptionists (especially Anastasia) were amazing. Bar staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout the stay too.

Worth it to rent a car to explore the whole island.

Everything was great at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Special mention goes to: Atish, Biness, and Akshay at the bars, Vima, and Jay of the main restaurant, and the sommeliers Wadie, Damien and Abileis and the Wok N Roll restaurant staff. The secluded, but central location, away from more touristic areas, was great for a quiet and relaxing vacation and yet very easily accessible to everywhere on the island if needed. Never experienced such an excellent all-inclusive option anywhere, which is a must. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay, and they simply went out their way to make it special.

Infinity pool is very relaxing as well as the Spa area and Treatments. We also enjoyed the Paddle experience which was included.

We didn’t like that the staff was not friendly, the AC wasn’t working properly, and the overall service was quite poor. The location also wasn’t very convenient, which made the stay less comfortable.

Lack of sun-benches around the pools

I stayed at C Mauritius Resort for 3 days on the all-inclusive package, and the experience exceeded expectations. The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you arrive, with the staff creating a sense of comfort and ease. The beach is one of the highlights—calm, clean, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying the sunrise. The garden areas are beautifully maintained and add a peaceful, natural feel to the entire property.The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time in, with attention to detail that makes the stay feel special. The food throughout the resort is consistently good, with plenty of variety and quality in every meal.A special thanks to Phoebe at the reception for her professionalism and kindness. She made the check-in and needs process smooth and added a personal touch that made the stay even better.Overall, C Mauritius delivers an excellent experience across hospitality, comfort, and environment. Highly recommended.

Ants everywhere

Deluxe room was nice, nice pools

Service was slow, personnel doesn’t know anything, especially receptionist Queen was rude. Anyone who is planning to stay on a half board package needs to consider that any beverages (even water) is not included in the dinner

Staff is nice, room is spacious, food is amazing, there’s something to do every minute of everyday!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The water activities is good and the bars provide good all inclusive drinks which is open all day.

The beach is not very clean as there is seaweed along the beach. The food is below average except the Asian restaurant.

We really enjoyed the view of the beach, the many facilities they offer (we used the kanu, tried kite surfing and went to play paddle, as well as used the sauna and enjoyed a massage) and the staff was very kind! Would recommend overall!

Nothing negative about the property - just to keep in mind that this side of the island is quite windy in winter (which is why its perfect for kite).

We loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere at C Mauritius. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made our stay feel special. The all-inclusive offering was great, with delicious food and drinks. The service stood out — especially from the restaurant team and bar staff who went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. The property itself was clean, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a relaxing family vacation.

The only downside was that the area of the island where the resort is located tends to be quite windy, which made it a bit less ideal for spending long hours on the beach or doing some outdoor activities. However, the overall experience at the resort still made up for it.

Internet is very bed and hotel with 5* must have much better internet, even it is all inclusive for every drink you need to sign check which is really unnecessary, barbecue part can be much more faster

Very nice resort, small but big at the same time, several pools, very relaxing, nice staff.

Food tends to become boring after a few days of repeating menu items, no kids club

Traveling with our toddler, the hotel was extremely child friendly and accommodating from welcoming us to the hotel in the rain to providing baby bath and nappy bin in the room in addition to the crib. Overall the food was excellent and staff very friendly and warm.
