A kitchenette or full kitchen is included in all accommodations. The state-of-the-art gym offers floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the North Atlantic Ocean. Oceanfront yoga is available at the Beach Club Resort Ocean and guests can find entertainment in the game room. On-site dining includes Tortuga Cafe and the Tiki Bar. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - Location on beach
- It had a miny kitchen and microwave with dishes.Was not expecti ng that along wth bathroom essentials.Shampoo condioner and soap on shower wall. Would stay here again.
- SEWAGE BACKED UP ON ME WHILE IN THE SHOWER WHILE GETTING READY FOR A RELAXING NIGHT OUT AFTER SURGERY ON MY HAND, ENDED UP HAVING TO MOVE FROM THE 8th FLOOR TO THE 17th FLOOR AMD RE INJURED MY SURGERY SITE AND LOST THE REST OF MY TIME ON MY VACATION.
Cons -
- Avoid city view rooms!!! Truck deliveries start 3-4 AM and passing motorcycles (VERY LOUD). No automatic services. Had to call desk for toilet paper-clean towels-garbage bags-room service. In addition, one of the 2 a/c didn't work. Not good for Hilton.
- Front desk clerk not do friendly. Beds were not comfortable.
- THE HOTEL REFUSED TO GIVE ME SOME EXTEA TIME AFTER RUINING MY NIGHT WITH BODILY FLUIDS BACKING UP ON ME IN THE SHOWER. WILL BE CONTACTING SOMEONE FURTHER
