Location was great.

Our first room was not clean, and the staff was able to accommodate us and move us to a different room.

My entire experience was fantastic. The property was great all the way around. I loved my suite and the well appointed kitchenette. The pools are lovely, the location is ideal. But I was especially thankful for two staff members, Penny and Adrian, who were so kind, took such good care of me. They went above and beyond, in helping me with my car, when I arrived late for an event due to traffic. They were so great. I had a great stay and I hope to stay again sometime. Nice hotel.

The property was gorgeous, the location was great, the amenities were wonderful.

The only complaint I’d have for the property was where out carpet met tile in our room was not transitioned very well at all so the carpet was lifting and the staples or whatever were becoming a hazard. Would’ve definetly expected better in that from a nicer hotel.

The location was great.

The room was small. The decor is a bit outdated. Valet service was disorganized and slow. There were often to few valet working, but at times no valet would be outside for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. They were good about bringing a car when requested but it took a long time for anyone to take it back.

Very uncomfortable bed and super small room. Not even a cup of coffee available on premises. Bar not open till weekend. Would never go there again

The staff was very polite,kind and very helpful. The room was very clean the view was amazing. It was a wonderful get away for my wife and I. Thank you we already booked another stay

Our room was in horrible shape. Doors wouldn’t close properly. Oven was broken. We paid for ocean front and got a corner room so the bedroom was ocean front but the living room was just a view of the building beside us. Room didn’t feel clean.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. It cost more than I would’ve liked but it’s a really nice hotel.

location of the hotel is great. the size of the room was awesome. the gym was great and the view for the gym was a very good idea. 4 elevators made it very easy to get to our room.

the railing on the balcony needed to be repainted. pealing paint. reception on the TV was not good. freeze up often.The biggest disappointment was the lack of a restaurant. Ran out of beer due to no C02. seams strange this lasted from Friday when we arrived until Wednesday when we left. Also ran out of Miller light? sounded to me like end of season so lets get rid of everything that did not sell otherwise. The food was overpriced and the lack of being able to charge to the room was annoying. The valet seam to be understaffed but the guys that were there did a very good job.
