WHILE THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL, the hotel did not live up to the reviews that I read. The room was very small, very poorly lit, and claustrophobic. The closet space was pretty good, but the dresser was just a night table in the closet. The decor left much to be desired. It was dingy and old, A good part of the 325 sq ft. of the room was hallway. The balcony was tiny with no space for even a chair. I request a balcony wherever I stay to be able to sit outside and enjoy the scenery, (I usually pay extra for that), but all I could do was stand in the very shallow space. It was more of a Juliette balcony, than an actual one. The bathroom was newly renovated and lovely. If the room was half as nice, it would have been great. The location was good, but there was always trash in an overflowing city garbage bin which was awful.

the staff was very helpful, they almost all spoke or understood English. the lobby had a quaint and intimate atmosphere while being modern and trendy as well.the rooms were a nice size.

Fantastic service, very friendly and attentive staff from check in to out. Great location, good breakfast.
Disappointed on pillows in room all of which was large square shape wasn’t comfortable to sleep

Rooms were old and depressing did not get the room I booked on bookings .com Feel very ripped off as I paid an average 500€ per night and was advertised for 392€ during our stay .Breakfast was appalling for the price we paid !!!Staff tried very hard to please us but whole experience was disappointing. Not trusting booking.com with the recommendation or room selection no guarantees on what you get ??? Makes the trip quite miserable
Very well located, staff is welcoming and the rooms are nice with the view on the Opera. Breakfast is also just as it needs to be. Good and fresh.

Birthday baloons, evening room services made our visit very nice.

Excellent hotel just steps from the Opera. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and well appointed; housekeeping was impeccable. Check-in was smooth, and every staff interaction felt warm and professional. Breakfast was fresh with good variety, and the location made it easy to explore the city on foot. Great value for the quality. Highly recommend and would stay again.
This hotel was outstanding. Very comfortable and great location. But the jewel for this hotel is its staff. Helene, Renaud and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Bonus points for wonderful restaurant recommendations and bookings. Recommend highly!

We were a little surprised to find that children under 2 years were treated as adults, and we were asked to book additional rooms so that we stayed separately. Since this wasn’t mentioned in the terms and conditions, it caught us off guard. As this was our first experience with a boutique hotel, it will be helpful to share this feedback for future guests via booking.com
