Great hotel and very spacious rooms. Beautiful architecture.

No hairdryer.

The room was advertised to have a hair dryer and a king sized bed which it didn't. The towels provided were not clean.

The room was nice, the breakfast was nice, the location was perfect

The staff didn't knew where the wellness was in the hotel, they kept sending me to other staff...no bathrobe provided, also not when asked at the reception. 90% of the choices on the menu were not available, they kept coming back after 15 minutes, no this one is also sold out, 15 minutes later: this we also don't have. Crazy.

Inattentive front desk staff charged twice and still haven't returned the money.

It was all good.

This hotel is the best in the area. It is in close proximity to the main area and all the stores in Stuttgart (I would say about a 10-20 minute walk depending on where you are trying to go). The room was small but very nice and comfortable. The only thing I did not enjoy was how small and thin the towels were, but aside from that 10/10. The staff was very friendly, the parking is self-parking and costs about $23 Euro if I remember correctly. The breakfast was also very nice and had lots of variety. This is actually one of the only hotels that had scrambled eggs for breakfast, which was nice.

Everything was good, just better towel quality would be nice (as I mentioned above).

Great location, great spacious suite

The room smelt like old cooking due to the suite having a kitchen, however, it is ok after we open the windows.

A nice, big room, a comfortable bed and friendly and helpful staff. Close or very close (depending on the route you take) to the Stuttgart main station. For the short one you exit the station at track 2, turn right and walk along the station and then left where you will see the hotel up in front of you.

no toileteries for guests that come through booking.com, other rooms had them as well as cleaning every day. no slippers. bought my own and each time i wore them in the room and went to the bathroom, i could see on the white bathroom floor many black hairs coming of my slippers. thus the room wasn’t properly vacuumed. so much hair on the floor! the room was cleaned on the 3rd day of my stay, still many hairs left on the carpet that would get stucked on your feet/socks, slippers, bottom of the trousers…food very basic on the cantina side in terms of choice and taste, but very pricey. rooms very very basic, old furniture, decently maintained. but not even one single table in the room (and the rooms are spacious!), not to mention completely empty walls. very very basic.

The rooms are big and comfortable and have what you need. We both liked the breakfast and the loction to the train station was also a bonus.

Left a pair of pants behind in the wardrobe, contacted hotel and asked if they could forward them, offering to pay and nothing ever happened.

Bed is comfy, room is clean, location is superb. Staffs were super nice. Decorations in the lobby beautiful.

Buffet breakfast is not up to the mark, found 2 rotten eggs consecutively on the same day! Breads felt like from yesterday on the second day of our stay. Less options in the breakfast for vegetarians, doesn't worth the money. Parking is horrible. Underground garage is so narrow. If you want to park just behind the hotel, you will have to struggle hard to find a place. It's better to come by train as it's located near to the Hbf.

Smallest & old tv seen in a huge room, nasty "leathery" chairs and "footrest" which you can guess what it has been used for.. and the whole room floor is covered with carpet.

Location was 5mins walk from hauptbahnhof.Rooms were spacey and clean.Breakfast was great as well.Staff was really nice.
