Great room, good location, convenient full-service parking garage. The restaurants have an exceptional view of the city and overall this is a perfect hotel for business travelers. Bonus, the gym is phenomenal.
I was out for a business trip and made a weekend of it to take my daughter to Disney Land. While adequate for families on vacation, this hotel is more appropriate for business travelers given the location in downtown LA and overall vibe of the hotel. Worked very well for us, but if your kids are rambunctious or still learning what "inside voice" means, this probably won't be the best fit.

Entire room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Pillows were plush and soft, bed linen was soft and mattress very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, amenities, bathrobe, slippers, and fresh towels provided. Hotel was immaculate with Christmas decorations, truly maintained a festive feel. Staff always helpful, plewsnt, respectful, accommodating and attentive. Hotel is in walking distance to shopping plaza and other eateries. Roof top bar is exceptional and food at restaurant in hotel is also very good and well presented.
Elevators take getting used to, one set to access rooms and another to the lobby and restaurants, parking and pick up which can get a bit confusing. No mini fridge in rooms however minibar is provided but contains magnetic base so if drinks are moved out of place it charges the room. Inroom dining is pricey. Bathroom amenities are limited to shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Don't recall seeing a hair dryer.

Incredible views from hotel rooms and restaurants. Very good service and excellent amenities. Be sure to reserve a room on the club level, with access to complimentary food and snacks and drinks in the club lounge, with the best views in all of California.

Very nice and clean hotel, feels luxurious and comfortable, beautiful view from the room and lobby, staff are extremely helpful and friendly, room service is excellent

It’s a fancy hotel, service are excellent
There’s mini bar in the room self service pay at checkout, there’s a roof top restaurant good steak, all the staffs are friendly and welcoming.
