Riviera Motor Inn

That their beds were very comfy and their excellent customer service.

That there was human hair/dog hair and dirty bedding on the beds. Stains all over the comforters and the toilet seat needs to he changed. They had cigarette stains on them. They cost 20$. But other than that it was nice.

Nothing do not stay here.

The room was filthy old ripped bedding, the bed was broken my husband had to fix it, the door to outside was broken again he had to fix it. There are people going through the dumpster outside horrible part of town and drug addicts hanging outside as well.

Location was reasonably close to the Saskatoon Airport, convenient if you know Saskatoon but a little "tucked away" if you are new to the city. Further to remarks below this motel should be $10 to $20 less per night; I will not be staying there again.

This is the first hotel/motel where I was charged a damage deposit (35 years of frequent travel) ... $250 CDN which was fully refunded at the time of checkout. The deposit req't was not advertised and I did notice damage in the room from previous clients

good room for the price

Had trouble with the room keys....but it did get fixed

The price

The lighting

Friendly service. Clean room. Good location. Lots of security cameras! Very good

Close to my appointment

Staff weren't around for me to check out at 7 am

Good value for what I paid. Staff was friendly.

Another guest was drunk, banging on the door next to me, which woke me up at 2am. Not the hotels fault but it sucked.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating when I needed a place last minute as the place I booked was not satisfactory. I was able to check in at 10 am. It was clean

Could hear through the walls there was a few louder people in the other room.

The place did not have a room for me when I arrived. I don’t know if this was booking.com or the hotel’s fault but when I arrived there was no reservation in my name even when I showed my reservation.

That booking.com or the hotel screwed my reservation.

Very poor

Mattress was worse, uncomfortable. I don't understand why they were using Dark brown towels.Mid night 3am couple start fight yelling and abusing, no one was there to stopped them that was horrible in a midnight. I would never stay again there.

We just stayed overnight. Bathrooms were small but over all good stay, comfy. No elevator. Staff was incredible! I would recommend this hotel. We had a king room and made an extra bed for my son. It was all they had left so we made it work.

We didn’t stay the night...

Every single thing about the place. The towel were brown and not white so we couldn’t tell if they were clean or not. The bed was very dirty not cleaned sheets. Stains everywhere on the actual mattress. And the room was very old nothing in this place was good

The back door was good for easy access to the car, but ppl were smoking outside.

Poor quality of facilities, smelly bathroom, sticky floor carpet, smoking people outside the backdoor, staff accusing for their maintenance defect.

The staff and rooms are really enjoyed.

The people next to the room were very noisy all night. And the same the next day

There was a shooting at this motel, somebody was murdered,RCMP bashed at our door at 4 am, couldn't go in hall. Didn't get sleep, would not give as any kind of refund

See above

Attendant was honest about having hotel fumigated twice already. And approved my cancellation through bookings site.

When I went to check in late around 11pm, a mother and son were at the front desk showing the attendant a live bed bug and fresh bed bug bites on them.

It was good at crazy eggs and the staff were very friendly

The guests in the room next to me where fighting a lot and they kept slamming the door. But every other times I have stayed here it was good.
