Overall the location was ideal and the room was spacious.

There is a big TV in the room but it wasn't working at all. Called the receptionist about the issue but nothing was done by the staff. So sad...no TV to watch during the stay.

The staff there is incredible! They were fast, responsive, and responsible when handling the issues in our previous rooms. We were moved to a room on the 6th floor and it’s much more modern and clean compared to the rooms on the 3rd floor. The rooms on the 6th floor are definitely worth the price!Had a wonderful staycation and wfh days there!

When we first got our room on the 3rd floor, there was a cockroach and the room felt a bit damp and dark, and it felt like they didn’t pay much attention cleaning the nooks and crannies. Thankfully they moved us to the 6th floor room!

The room was spacious, breakfast was good and staffs were friendly.

The front desk staff could not understand simple English and I had a hard time trying to communicate with him. Wanted to feedback to him that there was a big lizard clawing in the room and hopefully he can get the cleaning staff to remove the insect.

The room was very large and comfortable, staff friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

The bathtub was broken and would not fill, but I used a towel to temporarily fix the problem.

The first room I got , it didn’t the same as shown as in apps. Also I requested for the non-smoking room and I can smell the cigarette while I was sleeping. I did ask the staff to change the room but they changed mine 2 days later.

Scam hotel, thieves but booking.com won’t remove them from the platform.

Everything. Scam hotel. Stole our money and laughed in our faces about it. They know exactly what they are doing and any Indonesian you see inside is all in on the scam. If booking.com continues to refuse to remove this property from the platform, then they will be considered as aiding and abating these thieves.

Closed to my lawyer

I was surprised when I called to asked for additional shower gel. The receptionist guy said they had provided 1 set inside the bathroom. My reason to asked for additional shower gel was because 4x showered, not to bring back home!

Need updated , no shower curtains in the bathroom. Bedsheets kinda old.

The room was nice, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the toilet and bathroom was clean, there was bathtub in the bathroom. Luckily, we have a nice view as well from our window. So, overall a good stay.

Overall, there was not really any issue.

Good location : near restaurant and shopping mall; Staffs were friendly; Our room was very comfort and clean, facilitated by bathtube with hot water; Breakfast was good but I hope it would be more various;I hope someday you can equip the hotel with swimming pool and sky lounge.Thankyou for your services.
