Location,spacious room and clearness

Location was excellent

Parking was atrocious, very narrow spaces, and had to park at different building and drag luggage for approximately two blocks to our room. Staff was melancholy about everything. Once they realized we didn't want to own a timeshare there, we were just taking up space. Definitely won't be returning

Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious.

The dining places close too early. There is no option for dinner on the property. Then two days in a row the Tiki Bar closed around 6:45 when we got there but said they close at 7.

Our unit was a 2-bedroom/2-bath suite with full kitchen, living room, and dining area and included a washer & dryer. Ocean view from the living room and master bedroom was great. The kitchen was well-equipped. We were there in January, so hot tub was nice after a brisk walk on the beach which was immediately adjacent to the property. Location is excellent with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and bars nearby. Total price for 4 nights was $418 which we thought was an outstanding deal.

Only a couple of minor issues: Check-in and check-out was a little cumbersome - we had to travel to a separate building for that. The window in the second bedroom bordered a public walkway so had to keep curtains closed all the time and could not enjoy the view.

Very convenient location

Floor was dirty and both of my rooms bed sheets were dirty.

It was very clean and the location was good.

However, there were 5 members in my family, but I asked for shampoo and conditioner, but I only received a few.

We liked the location, very nice kitchen, washer and dryer, dining room table, living room, balcony, fast and easy access to pools and beach, showers between beach and pools, wrist band keys, 20 minute parking for unloading and loading, fire pit, cleanliness and quality of room, friendly staff, clean grounds, several pools and hot tubs.

The bedroom was a little small with no counter space, bathroom had no counter space and few towel racks or hooks for hanging towels/clothes, received several calls to take tour, side ocean view instead of oceanfront.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room felt like an apartment with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. Location was great.

Restroom in main bedroom was very small. Coffeemaker in room didn’t work. Saw an insect that I hate to say what I think it was because the room was so nice! Wish the restaurant was open for dinner instead of just breakfast and lunch. The Tiki bar closed at 7 which we felt was too early for a bar.
