- Loved the room.. the staff was excellent.. awesome customer service
- Loved how clean everything was. The room was beautiful.
- Beach and water was awesome, Loved the view of the ocean and beach from the room Gary in the lobby bar was outstanding room service was great
Cons -
- Only thing I'd suggest to change would be the night life party/d.j to continue to set up in the main lobby lounge instead of that 2nd floor room.. Much Better vibe/experience at the main bar/lounge
- I did miss not having a full length mirror! Other than that all was well. At check out I told them about not having a full length mirror and they told me they would of sent one to my room if I had asked.
- It is obvious that a lot of thought went into the design of every aspect of the hotel. The only thing missing was a full length mirror. I think the addition of a full length mirror would put the finishing touch to the rooms and make all the ladies happy.

The staff aim to please and did everything they could to accommodate our requests. Customer service went beyond our expectations. The variety of food choices were above average. We throughly enjoyed the shows most notably the Michael Jackson tribute.
It is obvious that a lot of thought went into the design of every aspect of the hotel. The only thing missing was a full length mirror. I think the addition of a full length mirror would put the finishing touch to the rooms and make all the ladies happy.
