- The staff were exceptionally helpful & welcoming from housekeeping to the bell boys, reception & concierge.
- Staff was excellent. Location was a bit of ¿business end of town¿ but they had a deluxe shuttle running every 30 minutes give or take to downtown. Plus about 100-200 metres away is a metro stop. Gym was very good. Pool very zen/chill.
- The lobby area is nice looking.
Cons -
- It would have been great had breakfast been included. We had to have our room keys redone frequently as they’d quit working after a day. Also, it took far too long to get ice from room service & the mini fridge wasn’t cool enough to have a cold drink.
- At best a 4 star hotel. It faces onto a highway interchange. Good luck sleeping. As has been reported in several other reviews on various sites there is a problem with the bathroom drains. Awful smell of feces. I couldn¿t believe it. So awful.
- There is nothing I can say to improve perfection

It would have been great had breakfast been included. We had to have our room keys redone frequently as they’d quit working after a day. Also, it took far too long to get ice from room service & the mini fridge wasn’t cool enough to have a cold drink.

The lobby area is nice looking.
At best a 4 star hotel. It faces onto a highway interchange. Good luck sleeping. As has been reported in several other reviews on various sites there is a problem with the bathroom drains. Awful smell of feces. I couldn¿t believe it. So awful.
