Konferenzhotel Ysenburger Hof

Outstanding: Staff, food, layout and hours of service.

Not applicable.

Stayed here because I attended a wedding nearby.

The bed was extremely soft. The blanket was too thick for summer and the rooms don’t have AC.

The staff was decent and cooperative.

Found a spider on the bed. Dark curtains not large enough. Pretty small fan for summer. Overall very uncomfortable stay.

no fridge, no facility for tea and coffe in the room !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????? cos you are forcing us to have brekfast for you to make money ( why) ????? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Free parking. Good breakfast.

Slow internet.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast. Free parking spots on the street.

No airco.

The simplicity and the comfort of the room.Good parking space for arrivals and departures of guests. Friendly staff.Good value for money.

We arrived very late at the hotel (1:00 AM). The room key card was waiting for us at the reception but was not activated to open our room. We had to call the staff to help us. Staff person kindly solved our problem. As a suggestion, Please, also add to the rooms:- hook for hang towels in the bathroom- towels for feet after showering (foot towel).

Disappointing

I was there for 4 nights and upon arrival I noticed the television didn't work. I explained this to the reception. He had a technician come the next day. This was not repairable and a new tv had to be ordered. Upon requesting a new room, I was told it wasn't possible. There was no connection with the wifi in my room at all. The last night I requested a new room and they gave me one. This is disappointing because it should have been possible before but wasn't until I said it was unacceptable and I would get a new room for the last night.

Good breakfast buffet selection. The location was good

There was only one pillow on the bed and the blanket was very small. It would have worked for a child but was uncomfortable for a full-size adult. The small shower with collapsible walls let water past or leaked and it was very difficult to take a show without getting large puddles of water on the bathroom floor.

Central location in townGood breakfastFriendly staff

Room smelled of smokeWas loud wedding function on eveningRooms need some updating

They had Netflix , really comfortable bed, very clean

I didn’t find a hairdryer and the shower was leaking and very narrow

It smelled of smoke everywhere; they wanted to charge us 50% more than the booking.com price said; breakfast utterly poor: weak coffee like coloured water, bake off breads, rubber 'scrambled eggs'.

Sigh................They make the money because of neighbouring facilities. NEVER choose this out of free will!

Price was good

Water in shower did not drain good enough Should have had a fan

Disappointing

Couldn’t sleep well, noise from cars from the street very audible in room. Also hot in room due to no AC. Property and roomsvery dated.

Rooms are quiet.

Even though outside temperature beliw freezing, windows are kept open during the day.Result: the room temperature drops so low that it is uncomfortable. Yes, central heating is available BUT as the open no window cools the room, the central heating does not suffice even if you turn up the thermostat to full power. Staff responded with “yes, we understand”.

Good attention from staff and beautiful lady did her best to make me a personalized invoice

All was good

Nice stay, hosted by friendly staff!

Good selection of breakfast items and the coffee was very good.

There was nothing not to like
