Pros +
- Very clean and comfortable
- Love the location and rooms.
- The room was bigger than I thought, the kitchen was updated and cleaned. Dishers, silverware and glass wear were clean as were the pots and pans.
Cons -

- It was noisy, the toilet was running, you should hear the people walking upstairs.
- Absolutely terrible customer service. The heater didn’t work in the room, the garbage disposal didn’t work, the kitchen sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. The elevator was broken and had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor my entire stay. The carpeted stairs and hallway were disgustingly dirty and black. The door leading to the stairs is supposed to be secured with room key access. It was broken and door stayed open and anyone could get in. I asked to be moved to a different room and management flat out refused and told me the hotel was booked and it clearly was not because the parking lot was half empty all weekend. I would NEVER stay here again and I don’t know how this hotel was a 7+ rated on booking.

The location was great and the price was reasonable
