- Elevator situation. 3/6? working elevators. 15-25 minute wait times. Tired rooms. Vinegar smelling towels. Gold rooms here are regular rooms at Royal York. Gold lounge was also inferior to Royal York.
- Tiny bathroom.
- Needs to be cleaned in public areas more thoroughly, as well as in rooms.
