Ramada by Wyndham Surrey/Langley

Nothing was positive.

Cleanliness, mold in spots on bathroom ceiling. Lots of dust. Ice machine dirty and moldy. Rude restaurant and front desk staff.

Breakfast is a motel quality. Mattresses are not comfortable and need replacing. Overall the name Ramada is not reflected in this hotel.

Average hotel. Not super clean but not super gross

Hotel rooms very outdated. Carpet in our room had stains all over it, didn't want to take my shoes off. Booked in for 3 guests, only had towels for 2, only one small bar of soap. Fridge wasn't cold.

The room was excellent cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in the breakfast again was one of the best the presentation was great and the staff there were exceptional we will definitely stay again

would have liked more face clothes there were three of us and only 2 face clothes also more shampoo and body washes

The bathroom was clogged so dirty, when I asked for help, they didn't do anything.

Continental breakfast included make your own waffles.

The carpet in our room was disgusting. There were gouges out of the wall in the bathroom. 2 conditioners/0 shampoo. Hotel is pet friendly. Something I didn¿t notice when booking. Are any of the rooms pet free for people who are allergic to animals?

The room was great.

There should be a large sign about where to get towels not just where to put them or even better have towels available in the pool area. The door did not close well lots of light coming in on the sides. Bathroom, no place to put anything.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. The hotel was centrally located for where we wanted to travel.

Can't think of anything except the minifridge didn't have a freezer section.

It was quiet and clean. The parking was easy and close. All very straitforward and easy.

Carpets seemed clean but definitely signs of staining.

Storm the receptionist was very helpful With helping me with directions as my gps was not working on Canada She was very pleasant and had very good suggestions as to where I should go and see tourist attractions All in all very nice stay at the hotel

Rooms are not sound proof. Noises coming from 2nd floor.

So expensive hotel $--- for 2 nights for 2 starts, after leaving the hotel you will be charged a tax, I will never return to this hotel, the sink for washing hands is opposite your bed, I still laugh that it all costs so much money, in Vancouver for same

in Vancouver for the money you can rent a wonderful hotel, cheap hotel and a big price

Staff went above and beyond, especially Manager, not just for us but many others. Rooms are spacious and housekeeping is EVERY day ( rare) Breakfast was pretty good too.

Remote if you don't have a car. $50 to $60 Uber to attractions or could even be more.

Easy/free parking & breakfast included

No wifi connection in room for Samsung tablet and sometimes phone. Was told by staff that Apple works fine. It shouldn't matter what brand your clients use, service should be attainable.
